KFC — Restaurant in Calgary

By far the most unprofessional location in the entire city. They inability to communicate efficiently is staggering, their customer service has been given chance after chance to improve with absolutely zero improvement, they probably tamper with peoples food before sending it out, sandwhich meals have tasted off and different then other city locations, seriously, AHS should look into them. A week ago when the fountain drinks where unavailable, the drive through lady just gave us water and sent us on our way. When we complained that what we recieved was not our order, they THEN tell us that our order wont be able to be completed due to the fountain drinks being unavailable after we've already ordered, paid and waited a good 20min. Used our coupons like normal again today, even specified the meal types cause the guy running drive through didnt understand, waited at the drive through window to explain our experience the last time we where at this particular location to the floor manager which she then ensured us that she will bring it up to her superiors. Get home- our sandwhichs alone wernt what we ordered, called the location right away to place the complaint and the same manager hung up in my husband when he said we did not want a meal replacement, we wanted our money back. So it was.my sons birthday i asked the lady if I can get Extract crispy she said we it'll take 45 minuteso I said okay I'll call you back so when I called her back and I said can I order regular chickens she said yeah you can and I told her it was my son's birthday can you please make sure everything is good I ordered the 20 piece I had the coupon and the order came to $51 and something change and then she didn't put my order in she wrote it down on the paper and I told her I won't be coming in one of the ladies will come and pick it up Lady who went to pick it up they didn't have the order they were confused where the order was cause she wrote it in a piece of paper and didn't give it to them online anyways my chicken was all soggy it wasn't cooked the way I asked her to and the fries were all like half it wasn't even full cause I know that I order every time there I ask her if she can feel my fries all the way to the top cause I'm having guests She was Filipino lady and I asked her please can you make sure everything is really good cause I do order from you guys all the time and I ask for extra crispy which she said she couldn't make it it was only legs and thighs I think she said but still that chicken that I got 20 piece it was just cooked right when she went to pick it up and it was all like grease and oil soggy I wanted to take a picture and write away come...

Today I order formbskip the dishes a full family order 40+$ from KFC and you guys sent the driver here with a one burger meal while I have a full family waiting to eat i called and complaint was treated nicely over the phone saying they were going to send another order before closing I waited one hour for the delivery that never happened sent every person in my home to sleep on an empty stomach the least they could've done is tell me that they didnt want to do the delivery and I couldve ordered from elsewhere. This isnt right just because you got paid already to leave my family without food because you didnt want to fix your mistake is disgusting especially considering I am less then 5 minute drive from their location I will not drop this and I will go to the head of kfc because the person on the phone identified herself as a manager and if this is how kfc trains their management team they should not be in a customer service industry I have he phone call recorded of them admitting they mixed up the orders and promising a new order and having not yet receiving my order I will not only take legal action but personally ask for the reasons above that the manager is no longer in management at that location.
