By far the most unprofessional location in the entire city. They inability to communicate efficiently is staggering, their customer service has been given chance after chance to improve with absolutely zero improvement, they probably tamper with peoples food before sending it out, sandwhich meals have tasted off and different then other city locations, seriously, AHS should look into them. A week ago when the fountain drinks where unavailable, the drive through lady just gave us water and sent us on our way. When we complained that what we recieved was not our order, they THEN tell us that our order wont be able to be completed due to the fountain drinks being unavailable after we've already ordered, paid and waited a good 20min. Used our coupons like normal again today, even specified the meal types cause the guy running drive through didnt understand, waited at the drive through window to explain our experience the last time we where at this particular location to the floor manager which she then ensured us that she will bring it up to her superiors. Get home- our sandwhichs alone wernt what we ordered, called the location right away to place the complaint and the same manager hung up in my husband when he said we did not want a meal replacement, we wanted our money back.
