I placed an order online for pickup today at 758pm , and when I arrived at the store, I saw my name on the screen indicating my order was ready. However, no one acknowledged me when I walked in. I waited for a few minutes, noticing employees in the back and even a manager sitting in an office, but no one greeted me or asked if I needed help.
After several minutes, an employee finally came up to me and said it would be a few more minutes. At this point, I wasn’t sure if she even worked there because she didn’t seem able to help. Meanwhile, I could see my order sitting in the heating oven, ready to go. Another customer was waiting as well, with their food sitting there too.
After waiting around 10 minutes, I finally spoke up and said, “I can see my order right there—you just need to hand it to me.” The employee apologized repeatedly, but the issue could have been avoided with a simple acknowledgment when I walked in, such as, “Are you here for pickup?” Instead, I stood there watching employees either walk around or sit down while my food got colder.

I call to make a complaint and the lady was extremely rude. Not only did she hang up the phone, she refused to give me her name or provide the products I ordered OR any solution to this problem. I had to call several times more to try to speak to anyone else to get a refund and for them to come pick up the order. I waited twice as long for them to come give me a refund as it did for them to deliver to the point I was debating on driving it back myself. I expressed these concerns to the store manger but they didn’t care.
