Owner(s)...plz update the Google hrs! Is it that hard? You're causing grief to your hard working (and very kind) employees that have to turn people away. It's uncomfortable for them and any customers there. You've seen multiple reviews on this for months now. Do your part and show more care for your establishment. It's a great place and wonderful staff otherwise. Love the vanilla bean latte, and great seasonal drinks.
Also, plz go back to the homemade style scones/treats, the ones in the bag taste awful. Sorry, but it's true. Again, show some care. It's a prime location and should operate that way too.
Personally, I think a full renovation with two levels to look out over high street would make for one of the most desirable coffee shops in the SE (like the Good Earth in Glenmore Landing). Or at least reno it up to the standard of the other Second Cups like the one in Mahogany. Don't you want to make the most of your competitive advantage location?
Installing a handicap button for the doors will also set you apart from all other businesses in the area as the high traffic of seniors don't have any of that currently. They (along w disabled persons, etc) would be thrilled to have at least one shop that considered them for this.

Ordered through SkipTheDishes, was charged for 2 mixed berry scones, but never received them. The breakfast sandwiches were cold (had just been taken out of the fridge but not prepared.) That would be ok had we order through a meal service, but we ordered through a service that promises meals ready to consume. This is just the latest in a string of poor service from Second Cup. They are regularly out of items that are available for purchase on Skip, causing a last minute scramble to figure out what will suffice, since what you wanted was unavailable. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for things you want, but be forced to either get something you didn’t want (food or credits), or get a refund days later. As a Canadian company, I expect more from them. When I called to figure out the best way to cook the sandwiches, there was no apology, just a quick explanation to use my microwave or oven. If you are “So Proudly Canadian” I expect you to conduct yourselves with Canadian values, otherwise your just a fancier, more expensive...

But only if you order the vanilla bean (idk, I just don’t like the regular one). I look forward to the candy cane hot chooclate every year. The last couple maybe three years, the candy cane hot chocolate has a default of using their white hot chocolate. I don’t like white choc though so I always ask for “a candy cane hot chocolate onlymade with the vanilla Bean hot chocolate please” and they never understand. I get blank stares, and s million questions. I’ve had exactly one girl be like “oh yeah no problem” then she had to explain it to the barista.
