Ordered online, got the food. However, once it came, we ended up with the wrong order. My little sisters decided to devour just 1 burger since we assumed everything was the right order although we never did order a burger, we thought it might've been extra.
I work in the food industry and I'd get how sometimes someone may accidentally eat the food that was given since, technically the order should've been checked over and given to the right people.
But as soon as I realized the order was wrong, I very quickly decided to call and tell them about the wrong order. They were fast to call the delivery man and bring the food.
What boggled my mind was the fact that we'd have to exchange the foods in order to get my order. It wasn't a problem for me, just worried about how I'd have to tell that we accidentally ate 1 burger but everything else was intact and not touched whatsoever.
Once the delivery man came, we exchanged and I thought I'd be able to get away with not giving the burger but he asked about it and i just told him the truth. I was expected to pay $9 for what my little sisters accidentally ate and I quickly called the boss again.
Long story short :
The boss managed to give me a credit of $9 if ever I wanted a burger again but the service was quite harsh. Even when we got the right order, all the ketchup and sauces just came out and spilled all over the bag and fries. The box for the chicken is barely intact and it's just a complete mess (I have pictures of it and I wish I could post but I can't seem to so I'll figure that out in a bit)
Since I work in the food industry, I tend to try to be more understanding and nice with other fellow food industry workers but this case was different.

The boss called and took away the credit of $9 on my end and just hung up.

Read moreEdit #4: It seems like they've realized some of the critiques I made in the past. They removed the sign that said "Disposable plates for dine-in only" and give out disposable plates now. During recent visits, I didn't get any pieces that were cut in half, the pieces were actually pretty big and tasted very good. They still have a problem with over loading the box with drumsticks. Their pizza though is very good, one of my favorite pizzas at the moment. Thank you for improving. 1 Star to 3 Stars.
Edit #3: 2 stars to 1 star. Stopped going here for a while because of Popeyes, went again and what do you know? Complete dissapointment. Pieces were extremely small, to the point that I feel like I got ripped off. You can see in the picture I posted, the breast pieces are smaller than the wings and the wings were very small. They also now have a sign that says "Disposable plates for dine-in only". Come on, what are you going to save? A few pennies?
Edit #2: Original review was really good because they were pretty awesome but recently customer service has gone downhill. They started cutting pieces in half and don't care what the menu says online. They need to train the new employees!

Upon your reply, came to get the receipt and refund, however the person was very disrespectful and told it’s a private property and he cannot issue the receipt or refund. Making people come from downtown to a restaurant in northeast on Friday evening to waste our time is inferior to you and to your business
They were also very shameless to go into our friend’s place to defame us.

It’d be much appreciated to get your facts right before accusing or abusing your customers. We were your regular customers and it’s sad to see how treat your business. We placed the order at 9:55 pm and was at your restaurant at 11:10 pm.
