Didnāt want to make too much of a fuss over this but definitely feels like something management should correct. So I ordered a crazy bread and a cheese bread over the phone, I asked the lady if their cheese bread comes in different sizes. She proceeds to tell me that they have a stuffed cheese bread or something of that sort, couldnāt really understand as she was mumbling a bit over the phone. Come to find out she was talking about stuffed crazy bread. I then asked for one cheese bread and one crazy bread. I come to pick it up and she hands me 2 crazy breads 1 of which was a stuffed one. I said this isnāt what I ordered and she tells me thats what I said over the phone. Then I ask for a refund and if I could get the cheese bread instead and she said I could not get a refund. Apparently there is an italian cheese bread which is what i wanted to order and then theres a stuffed cheese bread which happens to be their crazy bread. So tell me if I clearly stated i wanted cheese bread over the phone, why did I end up having to pay for crazy bread. Should it not be named stuffed crazy bread. I ordered online and when I went to pick up the food, I asked if I could substitute the sauce for another sauce as my daughter canāt eat jalapeƱos. The clerk said she would charge me. I said fine, but that other locations donāt charge to substitute sauces. She insisted they charge and I said fine. She went on to mispronounce my name and I corrected her; she told me I was wrong and that her pronunciation was correct. It was the weirdest thing. When finally I had luck, the lady wasn't professional at all. Didn't ask any details, like, topping, sauce, etc. I mentioned ranch sauce on my own, but it was missing when I brought the pizzas.
