Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

Didn’t want to make too much of a fuss over this but definitely feels like something management should correct. So I ordered a crazy bread and a cheese bread over the phone, I asked the lady if their cheese bread comes in different sizes. She proceeds to tell me that they have a stuffed cheese bread or something of that sort, couldn’t really understand as she was mumbling a bit over the phone. Come to find out she was talking about stuffed crazy bread. I then asked for one cheese bread and one crazy bread. I come to pick it up and she hands me 2 crazy breads 1 of which was a stuffed one. I said this isn’t what I ordered and she tells me thats what I said over the phone. Then I ask for a refund and if I could get the cheese bread instead and she said I could not get a refund. Apparently there is an italian cheese bread which is what i wanted to order and then theres a stuffed cheese bread which happens to be their crazy bread. So tell me if I clearly stated i wanted cheese bread over the phone, why did I end up having to pay for crazy bread. Should it not be named stuffed crazy bread. Very trivial matter and I did not make a fuss about it at the restaurant but it’s most certainly something that should be addressed as it resulted in a customer having to pay for something they did not want nor...

I was generous and gave 1 star, mostly because other Little Caesar locations are quite good. The 7070 80 Ave NE location is absolutely terrible. I ordered online and when I went to pick up the food, I asked if I could substitute the sauce for another sauce as my daughter can’t eat jalapeños. The clerk said she would charge me. I said fine, but that other locations don’t charge to substitute sauces. She insisted they charge and I said fine. She went on to mispronounce my name and I corrected her; she told me I was wrong and that her pronunciation was correct. It was the weirdest thing. I told her to hurry because I was never coming back to that location. And then she refused to give me my food. Honestly, it was the worst service I’ve ever had. Stay far away from this location. ...

Lack of customer service skills. I ordered pizza on September 26th, around 8:45 PM. As mentioned by another customer here, they did not pick up the phone after several attempts. When finally I had luck, the lady wasn't professional at all. Didn't ask any details, like, topping, sauce, etc. I mentioned ranch sauce on my own, but it was missing when I brought the pizzas. She hung up abruptly, didn't mention amount I would be paying. When I mentioned to her about the phone, she was abrupt in saying it depends on number of people working. No regrets, no sorry!
