Circle K — Local services in Calgary

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Circle K. I arrived at 4:00 AM and found the store locked with a sign saying "will be back in 5 mins." By 4:12 AM, the employee was inside, visibly mopping the floor. Despite seeing me waiting outside in the cold and waving to get his attention, he completely ignored me and continued mopping without acknowledging my presence. After waiting longer than the indicated five minutes and receiving no response, I had to leave. This is unacceptable customer service and a complete disregard for customers. I visited this gas station recently, and I was really disappointed. The washroom was out of order, which was already inconvenient, but what made it worse was the staff's attitude. When I informed them about the issue, they just laughed instead of taking it seriously or offering any kind of solution. This is not the kind of customer service I expect, especially at a place where many travelers rely on basic facilities. It was very disappointing experience. The staff doesn’t seem to be liking his job or was going with something else in his mind. No customer service at all. Didn’t wanted to talk and his expression was weird. Didn’t greet just scanned my stuff and left it close to his scanner. After payment not even responded and still left my item close to his machine, had to reach out by myself and leave. No interaction no eye contact and weird behaviour.
