This guy Actually calls me at nine am in the morning. He's had FIVE opportunities to do business properly AND still calls right during my morning care with my nurse. I'm revolted!

Has anyone else been asked/told to order tomorrow while the restaurant is still open?
How about asked/told to order that their order would be delivered two hours later, when the business is five minutes away.
This time it was due to Easter I'm told. What about the last four times before?
Very unprofessional. I can't even tell if it's because I'm disabled or because I'm the type that won't get angry on the phone.
'How about tomorrow?' Does ANYONE call for delivery than accept a delivery tomorrow?
'I'm very sorry. Please forgive us..' Does this statement belong coming from a fast food store.
I can't review how the standard of food is since it's been over two months since I was served food instead of excuses and apologizes.
If a store is OPEN it should be selling food. If delivery is a service that is part of a store, then it should be delivering food.
Extremely disappointing. From one review to another this business is becoming inconsistent to the extreme.
No longer worth the trouble.

I said itâs good money and itâs Canadian money. Sheâs says ââIâm not from Canada and I donât recognize it , so Iâm not taking it.ââ Tells me to use a credit card to pay. I said âNo this is our money we use in Canada. If you donât know our money please provide a manager.ââ Only to have this lady from Jamaica throw my 100 CANADIAN BILL FOR A 56 dollar order out the drive thru window into the road. Turned and said get out of drive thru. Stunned !! I paused, realizing that this lady tossed my money I had to get out of my vehicle to try and save the 100 CANADIAN DOLLAR BILL FROM BLOWING AWAY. THIS LADY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH PUBLIC. WHATS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO MARY BROWNS. Avoid this place at all cost. Not up to par with training and public RESPECT . I originally posted a very bad experience I had, I had a small order that was wrong from what I asked for and called back to ask for a refund because I didnât have time to drive back from my office. The manager contacted me from this location to tell me I was wrong and she checked the cameras . I took a picture of my receipt and my order . The owner contacted me asking to remove my review and was very apologetic . We had agreed on a gift card instead of a refund and he would not pin point an exact amount. I let him know after this back and forth and having to drive back twice I felt like 25 dollars would compensate and promised my business 2-3 times a week plus dinner for my family on the way home I would choose his location . I did not receive any response until I sent a message saying he now had a 5 star review . He then informed me the exact amount of my refund was there not a gift card. Poor poor quality customer service . Even after I said I wasnât trying to shake him down but literally offering to spend 60 dollars a week there on average since Iâve worked next to him for a year and will continue to, seemed like a fair offer .
