Excellent 'value' priced pizza!

Lets get out of the way what Mio isn't. They're not upscale artisan pizzas like Una and they're not Greek styled pizza like Nick's (two of my favorites) but Mio is still very very good, particularly for the price.

Sunday night was miserable outside and neither the GF or I felt like cooking so decided to order a couple of pies, we've been wanting to try Mio's for a while so gave them a call and ordered two mediums for pickup. The gentleman who served us was friendly and apologized it took a little longer than expected (no worries dude, its only pizza) but we were quickly on our way home. My truck smelt GOOD so we decided to have a little impromptu vehicle picnic in one of the Nosehill parking lots (I remember going there to make out after dark in my younger years, now in middle age its a thrill to be eating pizza there thinking we might get caught).

Both pies were very tasty with a respectable amount of toppings, the sauce was picante with just the right amount of sweetness and the crust was crispy with a nice chew. For $23 and change its a great deal and IMO much much better than what you'd get for the same price at one of the big...

MIO PIZZA IS AMAZING.

I love this place, we have ordered with them for at least 30 years.. they have excellent customer service and satisfaction. For example! Tonight, we ordered our usual.. except this time we forgot an item, They promptly called US back!.. and reminded us about that item.. who does that?! They do! They are just the most kind hearted, personable people.. and genuinely want to make sure you have the best experience.

FOOD- what can I say?! ABSOLUTEY AMAZING. You'll never taste a pizza sauce, or lasagna like this.. but truly, all the food is wonderful. FRESH toppings, nothing sits around, and it's just incredible.. we absolutely adore it, and everyone we've gotten to try it, never looks back! it's worth every single penny. And that's the best part.. it's so well priced!
