I recently had the pleasure of dining at Montana's, and I have to take a moment to highlight the outstanding service we received from our server, Kayla. From the moment we were seated until the final goodbye, Kayla’s exceptional professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness truly elevated our dining experience. Moreover, she kept an eye on us throughout the meal—never too distant, but also not crowding us. When we were finishing our appetizers, she had already anticipated that we might want to order our mains without needing to ask. That level of attentiveness made the meal feel smooth and effortless.

We were here as a group of friends. At first when we came we were really happy to be there. The place has a good atmosphere. We ordered wings and ribs and the food was pretty good, not enough salt but that could be easily fixed. The problem was our waiter and the glasses. We ordered two glasses of Stella Artois beer. The waiter brought them in special Stella glasses. When we drank 1/6 of the beer, we noticed that both glasses were very dirty on top. We took wet wipes and wiped some of the dirt, the napkins had a black streak. We called the waitress, she said: "Sorry, we will change the glasses." She brought the beer in regular beer glasses. My boyfriend finished his glass and asked for a new beer. The waitress brought the Stella glass again and it was the same dirty glass! We can understand this because some of these glasses were clean after we wiped them. We called her again and she said, "Sorry, but the bartender said that Stella beer must be in Stella glasses." We don't mind, but you have to wash them! She took the glass away and brought two regular ones, since by that time my beer was gone too. And what do we see again? Dirt. This time inside the glass. It's disgusting. I ask the waiter to take my glass away. I was very angry about the whole situation. The manager or anyone else never came to talk to us or apologize. Montana’s BBQ & Bar is one of my favorite Canadian Restaurants. There are so many locations in Canada. I’ve always been there for lunch when I was in Vancouver. Montana’s BBQ and Smoke Meat are the most famous. They grill meat. Meat is like a high-five for your mouth. Smoked ribs, juicy burgers, fire-grilled steaks are super awesome tastes.

My boyfriend and I went to Montana’s BBQ & Bar this Monday in Calgary. It was our first time having Montana in Calgary. The location is on South East side of the Calgary and its right across the street from The Home Depot. There are many parking spots outside the restaurant, which is convenience for customers to park their car. We arrived Montana around lunch time. Because of the weekday, the restaurant was not busy as usual. We had a table very fast. After few minutes, the server came to our table and began to take orders.

The same as many other Montana restaurant, this place has the Lunch Combo Menu. Both of us got Lunch Combos. I had House Green Salad, Beef Sandwich, and Seasonal Soup. My boyfriend ordered Caser Salad, Pork Sandwich, and Pot Roast. Our food came out fast. They were all fresh and well cooked. They were in the small portion, but it’s very delicious and tasty.
