Unfortunately, during my visit, the ladies' bathroom was closed due to repairs.Only the men’s bathroom was available. (While this was a minor inconvenience, it is worth noting that such maintenance is essential for ensuring the facilities remain in good working order. I appreciate that the management is proactive in addressing these issues to maintain a clean and functional environment for their guests.)

Within seconds of placing my order, I noticed the wrong address had been auto-filled by the system, overriding my saved address. I immediately tried to fix the issue. Three emails, four phone calls, and twelve hours later, I was still told “nothing could be done.” The first phone call was met with laughter and amusement by the staff, blaming the UEAT system. UEAT support, in turn, blamed the store. No accountability.
This morning, I was told the owner wasn’t in and the order was going out regardless. The driver even refused to deliver to the corrected address.
I've never had to work so hard to fix an error caused by a system glitch and a business that refuses to take responsibility. Completely unacceptable service from both the restaurant and their delivery system. If you value your time, money, or sanity, look elsewhere.

It looked like a good portion of “simulated” orange and white crabmeat and seafood on the submarine bun (as you can see in the stock photo I posted). What I got was barely a half scoop of whatever their thin seafood and mayo mixture was that only covered less than 3/4’s of the bun (see photos I posted on what was made for me). When I asked the lady (who was making my sub) why my sub looked NOTHING like the photo posted on their menu board, she just laughed and said, “those photos are over 25 years old”, and “the people running this company just sit behind a desk and don’t know what’s going on.” I told her that what she made me was pretty sad for $8 and was told, “oh well!” Not the best customer service.
