The woman on a Saturday should not be in the service or food industry. First thing is my sons subs bag ripped when carrying it outside and fell all over the pavement. We went in to let her know that he needs a new sandwich and with out hesitation she charged us again. Fair enough I understand you cannot give your product away. Second is they have a buy 3 get 4th free so because my son had to buy two subs and with mine she would not give me the 4th for free because it was two separate orders. As for the subs I understand why they have the deal they do. The orange cheddar was all hard in the corners and my son could not even eat the cheese. They had about 8 buns in the see through case and believe you me when I say they were not fresh. I didn't know someone could put that little browned lettuce on a sub, anyways I could go on but I will not as I'm sure you get my point. My son plays hockey at the rink just down the road and always suggest something more healthy than the McDs or AW beside Mr sub so I thought we would give a try. I will ensure you Mr sub 52 st I will not be back and I will be sharing this with the boys...

This particular Mr Sub appears to be "operated" by the same two people each work day. So it's baffling that one can't get a consistent sandwich prepared. With a business model based on step by step instructions from the customer it's amazing how much of an inconvenience we seem to be ; "how dare you add banana peppers to your sandwich, even though I asked if you wanted anything else on it". Why only one staff member is trained on the register makes the billing experience as frustrating as making it clear that you just do NOT want tomatoes on your sandwich. Overall Mr Sub, your foothills industrial is letting...
Read moreFound hair in my sub while eating it in my vehicle and when I brought it back the attitude was insane, no apology, the ladies had no hair net and they in fact gave me a smaller sub because I had already eaten some of my hairy one. I was shocked first and last visit. Poor customer service and poor attitude and poor sub. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY HAIRY SUB.
UPDATE: I did contact customer service and Cindy Giordanella from cusomer service got back to me within 24 hours for details of my experience then I emailed her my experience then she was understanding of my horrible experience and sent me some coupons, I...
