This Restaurantās Carelessness Can Ruin Your Meal ā They Donāt Care About Customers!
I have given this tim hortons too many chances, but itās clear that they do not care about food quality, customer service, or even basic food handling. Every time weāve ordered, itās the same lazy, careless mistakesāand despite complaining to the manager, nothing ever changes.
Our biggest issue? They never label the food. We ordered a Sausage Farmerās Wrap and an Egg & Cheese Wrap, and once again, they didnāt mark which one was which. My wife does not eat red meat, so this isnāt just an inconvenienceāitās a serious issue. We shouldnāt have to open and inspect the food every time just to make sure she isnāt eating something she doesnāt want. This isnāt the first time this has happened, and itās clear that the staff have no care or concern for their customersā dietary needs.
On top of that, the food itself is poorly madeācold, sloppily put together, and completely inconsistent. It looks like the employees just throw ingredients together without any care. Some parts are undercooked, others are burnt, and the overall quality is terrible. And hygiene? Itās a joke. Employees touch food with bare hands, handle money, and go straight back to food prep without washing their hands. If this is what happens in front of customers, I canāt imagine whatās going on in the kitchen.
And the worst part? Management does nothing. Weāve complained multiple times, and the manager either ignores us or gives weak excuses. Thereās no improvement, no accountabilityājust the same careless service over and over again. Their work ethic and seriousness about food handling and customer satisfaction is below zero.
If you have any dietary restrictions or simply expect basic professionalism, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They donāt care about their customers, and it shows in everything they do. Go somewhere that respects peopleās food choices and actually puts effort into...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was an Interesting day today.
I went to drive thru around 8am July 16, ordered a dozen muffin. Happy day, smile on my face. Nobody on drive thru line, so I was alone. The lady asked me if I want anything else. I told her, I would like to choose the muffins, so please tell me what kind of muffins the store has. She told me all with huge attitude, and crazy fast, I couldnāt understand what she said. So I told her, what I would like, and the store had all, so I was happy. I told myself, she had attitude, but at least they have everything what I want. Then I asked her how many more do I need for the dozen. She said one more. I asked her what other muffin she has left, but she told me without hesitation:
ā I already told you what we have. So I will choose one random, and you can come to the window.ā
Like what?!?! Excuse me⦠but who pays for this order? Seriously, you will tell me what I want to buy?!
So I went to the window, and the guy gave me the muffins in the donut box, the box torn a part, muffins fallen out almost. I told the guy, this is a huge mess, and I need him to fix it, because I have to take this muffin to a business meeting. He walked away from the window, like not even gave me a shit. No sorry this is not true. He told me far from The window: āsorryyyyyā.
I went inside, asked for manager. Asst. manager was there, I told her what is going on. Then she talked to the team, all 4 at drive thru watched me with so much hate.
So Iām just curious, what is going on here in this location. Why so much hate? Just put the sign out if you donāt want customer to buy food from you, this is okay for me, no worries.
Business is zero, your employees customer service is zero, attitude is huge and the arrogance is immeasurable.
I'm outraged that this kind of behavior can be allowed in Tim Hortons location in 2025š” Whatās next? You will slap me in the face if I donāt buy what your employees want to sell me. Never ever back in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really dislike going to this Tim Horton's and another one on 61st ave. When I do go to these locations as it is on my way to work, I leave the drive-thrus feeling very anxious and flustered. I start my day at work very anxious. This is not how anyone should start their day. Tim Horton's is considered a customer service establishment, however, there is certainly a lack of customer service. When I go through the drive-thru, I always feel rushed. The staff are yelling when you get up to the window constantly saying ok guys come on, let's go, hurry up. Bye, bye and yelling it at you to get you out of the drive-thru more quickly. Sometimes, there aren't even any other cars behind me and this is still their demeanor. I understand that the establishment may have a certain amount of time they must serve a customer, however, taking an extra few seconds with less yelling and more friendly service and a calm transaction would certainly go further for customers. If I go to McDonalds to get a coffee, it is a much better transaction..I don't feel anxious or flustered. The transaction is calm, smooth and friendly, not rushed! I don't understand why it is this way or how employees think it's ok to act this way. My daughter was almost in tears this morning with our transaction and very anxious after leaving the drive-thru. This type of customer service and behaviors are completely inappropriate and certainly not how human beings should be treated especially since we as the customers are supporting your establishment. I don't even order food anymore, because, somehow, magically, your breakfast is ready by the time you get to the window and half the time is not cooked and they are pushing your order out the window to you. Something must change because this is...
