Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

Another visit to pick up an order for a customer. At the entrance, I said hello and said who the pizza was for, but there was no response, silence. A guy came in, I understand that he works there as a pizza supplier. The girl cut the pizza and put it on the shelf, and began to communicate with this guy, I asked to pass me ready pizzas, but she continued to communicate with this man, there was no response to my request.

Another case: no one was at the counter, in the kitchen, I waited for more than 5- min, when I returned the employee did not even apologize. In general, and such different moments happen every time. Perhaps I am so "lucky" But what I can say is that in this place the worker is extremely unfriendly and most likely they do not know what service is. Starting with a basic greeting and goodbye.

In general, as long as these people work there i will not take orders from this place.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I've tried going to this location twice and both times were completely ignored when I walked in, staff x 3 on their phones, will not make eye contact or acknowledge or greet you. I waited for over 5 minutes without anyone helping me and left. Felt so angry with such appalling customer service. Seems after hours staff do not care-. I will never go back due to being treated poorly. A pizza pan fell on the floor and the guy picked it up and put it with the other pans- after seeing that it made me question cleanliness - I could tell the 3 staff did not care at all and decided it best not to order from...

Not a very good pizza and a horrible experience. When ordering I gave my info for a delivery order including my name, address, email address and phone number. I also gave my credit card number for the purchase as well as the driver tip and that was approved. When the driver arrived with the order I had to go through the entire process of paying for the order as well as assigning a tip even though I had done all of that online.
