Subway — Restaurant in Calgary

Terrible location with no common sense.

95% of the time this would be a non issue. However, my very sick bed ridden older father ate my son's sandwich because his sandwich name was written on the paper & he's old & didn't notice. Me & my dad switch, who cares we'll eat it anyways. But when it's a kid, I will now have to go out and buy him another one.

Called the location, a hard accent answered, informed of the issue, over heard them discussing in their language, come back on the phone to me and say hello with silence. Like yeah hello what does subway have to say. Nothing but defending the fact they wrote the wrong sandwich & it's on us. No offer of a new sandwich, no coupon no nothing for the error on both sides to give any kind of customer service to calm down the fact thay I now have to leave the house again on top of everything else that's been compiling & will domino effect the day..I didn't even mention some of the sandwich toppings were wrong on all of them.

Sometimes a gesture to right a 50% wrong can go along way. I will stick to my regular location, give them business & avoid this "heavy accent location" I don't appreciate getting hung up on as well but the best response is to...

Ordered a tuna sandwich(toasted) for dine in and it was cold. You wanna know why? The vegetables are not stored at correct temperature. I can feel the cold veggies in my mouth. They don’t even know how to cut the veggies for a sandwich. I had green peppers in my sandwich which are usually cut into small slices in any other subway but here nope they just cut one green pepper into 4 halves and that’s it.

Also what’s up with the people who are serving? Don’t you know how to serve customers? You can’t just throw the veggies on the sandwich with your rude faces. Reviews were low but still gave it a try but thank you, never...

The worst Subway I’ve ever been. Female staff were doing their best to take orders but a male staff (I believe he might be a manager) was obnoxious singing (and singing was horrible) to loud music. Literally singing on top of his lungs. At Subway. This is not a singing contest. He was so loud that customers couldn’t hear what female staff were asking and they couldn’t hear customers what we were saying. I really wanted to tell this male Filipino manager that not everyone enjoys his singing, in fact it was very much disturbing. All the tables were dirty too. Would not recommend. If there is 0 star,...
