Pizza Time — Restaurant in Calgary

Disappointing.

TLDR; It was delicious when I ordered once or twice before, maybe 2 or 3 months ago. Tonight it was awful.

I don't know who was on shift on Monday Sept 23rd around 7:00pm, but the food was incredibly disappointing. I've only ordered from here a couple times before tonight, and those orders were excellent. The first time, I had ordered a large greek salad and a pizza without any cheese. (I won't bore you with it, but cooking pizza without cheese can be difficult. Temperatures, times, thickness of dough, all different without cheese.) And I was incredibly impressed! It was delicious! Not overcooked but perfectly crunchy. The flavors were amazing. I vowed this would be my pizza place for all time.

Then tonight. First, there was cheese on the pizza that I had asked to be left off. So now my dinner becomes a dissection experiment. I can not eat cheese. So after 10 minutes of getting literally everything off the dough (unfortunately taking the sauce off with the rest,) and painstakingly picking as many tiny pieces of toppings out of the cheese as possible to put back on my pitiful dough slice, I realize the dough is raw. It's just barely cooked on the bottom, and looking at a cut side, I can see 2/3rds of the dough is raw. I touch it and sure enough, it sticks to my hand like raw dough. Now I've lost my appetite for pizza. (I will finish cooking it tomorrow). But fortunately I also ordered a small Caesar salad for my lunch tomorrow, so I decided I would eat that. I don't know how long that romaine lettuce has been sitting around but it was at that exact point where every single piece is turning brown and wilting, especially the stems, but it just hasn't quite started to rot yet. Where all the stems are turning so pale with brown wilt all on the outside. Now I've completely lost my appetite.

The interesting thing, is that I asked for a couple of other things changed with our food. Changes that they easily made with everything else. No olives on someone else's greek salad. Perfect. Salad dressings on the side. No problem. "NO CHEESE AT ALL please. Thank you so much." written on the order page specifically for the pizza? Nope.

I wanted this place to be my pizza forever home. But in all seriousness, there is no consistency. One day you might get an amazing meal, and the next, they're using up what should have been thrown out a week ago and putting zero effort into the food they're making. It's too bad.

Will not ordering...

Absolutely awful! I’m livid the website says they close at a specific time so when I got rock hard food and tried to call but when I went to the site for the number seen that they are closed so I decided I would call in the morning but they open at 3 so now that I have called the owner says nope that didn’t happen because I made it okay buddy first of all I never got my pizza until almost an hour and a half after I ordered it the pizza was warm but not fresh the wings and toast where the same then I ask for my change back cause yeah it took a while for them to get to the house I was gunna give her a small tip for her time but then she claims she dosnt have change so the driver walked away with a 15$ tip not deserved at all cause I know delivery drivers carry a float as I used to make pizza and deliver pizza the owner was extremely dismissive and says he was at the shop until 3am and that I should have called and I was like lolol your not open until 3AM your site says you close at 1!!!! How am I supposed to know you stayed past closing time ?! Way to give your customers justice for eating your shitty food also it was supposed to be double ham and double pineapple so idk what happened here but cheers to dry wings and hard pizza I guess payed over 65$ for this crap I should have went...
