So I am updating my review and giving you 5 stars. Keshav the chef/owner personally reached out to me with my previous concern to my order that had been place on April 1st. He addressed all the issues I had and offered me a new meal. The naan this time was soft and fluffy, the palak paneer had great flavor, the chicken biryani also had lots of flavor and lots of pieces of tender juicy chicken, and the hakka noodles were mouth watering. I am very glad I decided to give this place another try and this time i was not disappointed. Found this gem while driving through Redstone. Ordered Chicken Biryani, Dal makhani, Bhindi Masala, Chicken curry & Garlic Naan. Let the chef know I lived in the NW and my first time trying their food, and he said "you will love our food". He wasn't wrong at all, the reviews are legit! Amazing food, flavor and service. This is my favorite go-to for indian food! ( This is a food truck btw, so no dine-in). I order every week because my tummy has it looking for chicken tikka masala every.single.week. I am addicted to it. It is that good. I have now categorized it as one of my comfort food. One that I will never get tired of eating. Quality food ✅ And bec it is quality food, price is a bit steep for the amount of food you get.
