I believe that taste is subjective, depending on how it is from person to person. See, I used to make research online and ask FB groups for good recommendations of anything related to food for I would always prefer to get something good from spending my money. Who would not, right? I seldom share my thoughts and opinions online unless it’s on my socmed but I feel it’d be too criminal not to share to the world the milk tea so far for me is the best.
Many people say they “this one” is the best milk tea in YYC. Some would say “this one” is better. See how subjective it is? Until last weekend during the Lilac Festival when I had a taste of Royal Tea in 4st SW. I CAN’T EVEN. I’d say your money and time going there if you’re far from their store is super worth it. Their milk tea is to die for!
You just have go and try their milk tea with mousse cream cheese on top. Please do yourself a favor and get the matcha, crème brûlée and Oreo all with mousse cream cheese on top. The balance of saltiness and sweetness mixed with the intense flavor of the tea is right on spot. Not the usual one that would taste like ehhh taste like the same as the other milk tea I tried before; literally just milk, bland tea and sugar. You just have to go and taste to believe.
Thank you Royal Tea for making the bestest milk tea...
Read moreI love the taste of the bubble tea here but on the 3 occasions I’ve been here, my order has been gotten wrong… On the first occasion I let it go because I thought perhaps I hadn’t explained myself well enough and that there had been some confusion, despite getting completely the wrong tea. on the second I let it go too because it was just more ice than I’d asked for, but on the third occasion, I was charged $2 more than I expected, which maybe I should have mentioned as I was paying, and was then handed completely the wrong tea again. This time I actually spoke up and asked the person serving to make the right one; the less expensive one, which was given to me with no mention of compensating the extra amount I paid for the drink… I could have said something at that point too but the person serving me barely heard me say excuse me the first time, given they were wearing AirPods. I get that the service industry is rough and I hated working in it when I did but if you’re going to wear headphones while working, at least take the time to...
Read moreRecently, my mother and I visited Royal Tea for a bubble tea experience. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere that set the tone for our visit. The shop itself was sleek and modern, with a cozy, yet vibrant vibe that made it perfect for families or casual hangouts. The Royal Tea bubble tea stood out in every way: the flavors were incredibly fresh, with the fruit teas bursting with natural sweetness and the milk teas smooth and creamy. The tapioca pearls were perfectly chewy, not too soft or too firm, offering a satisfying texture with each sip. This place is a MUST TRY and we were SO impressed. Overall, the experience at Royal Tea was fantastic. It’s a great spot to create lasting memories with loved ones while indulging in delicious, high-quality bubble tea. Definitely a place we’ll be visiting...
