I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share a recent negative experience at your location. I stopped by for some refreshments during my trip and ordered a sandwich. While I was waiting, I noticed nachos advertised on the flashboards outside and politely asked for one. However, the staff member (I believe her name was Anvi) refused and said they didn’t have any — despite the clear signage promoting them. The tone and attitude I received were not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Subway. I've visited this location before, usually during the evening or night, and have always received good service. This was the first time I encountered such an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, which was disappointing enough to prompt this review. I hope the management looks into this matter seriously and ensures that all team members are properly trained in customer service. Kindness and clear communication go a long way. The restaurant itself is good, and I’d like to continue visiting — but this experience should not be repeated for any...
Read moreOriginal below, but I'm changing to 3 stars-- and telling you that your employee Hemanshu deserves a raise. He makes tidy, well built sandwiches and even though he seems shy he provides great customer service. Get your sandwich made by Hemanshu.
I've given this place a number of chances, mainly because it's a cheap meal and close to home. The folks who work here need a serious wakeup call as to what a reasonable default amount of ingredients are, and what simple quantifying words mean. Ordering a sub takes 5x as much speaking as it should. As others have said, you will get a frustratingly tiny portion of any given veggie topping, and adjusting the amount to your liking will take several requests. Customers should not feel greedy asking for a reasonable amount of vegetables, particularly on veggie subs. Management should take a look at their hiring and training practices for these "sandwich artists."
If you're after a Pollack, though,...

.... Terrible basically got 1 leaf of lettuce in my salad, the bowl was less than half full. Wow talk about recession.
Very awkward she kept asking me what I wanted. I ordered the subway signature bowl as is. Thank you. I had to repeat myself 20 times as it comes with a list of ingredients already prepared on their bowl menu and she kept asking me over and over and over and over and over and over what I wanted. I almost left as she made me a salad that was less than half a bowl. Sorry that is shocking.
Why are you asking me what I want if you're not listening to the customers answers. I will not go back it was beyond awkward.
I wish I stayed home as I definitely starved for the day.
Burning $20 would have been...
