I recently visited this Subway location and was quite disappointed.
I bought a 6” inch veggie patty, it only had 3 toppings which were crispy onions with onions, green peppers and jalapeños.
The employee (owner)surved me yesterday's bread. bread was not good nd not fresh.
I said, Give me today's fresh bread. but still he was not surved. He’s name is “Dexter”
I asked twice to give me more crispy, but they didn't give me more, and they say that according to the rules, only 1 scoop comes. But as far as I know, they have to give it until the customer is satisfied.
Subway never charged any topping,
I also noticed the vegetables didn’t look properly cleaned or crisp.

The employees stood there ignoring my husband with the doors locked well before closing time. Just read through other reviews to find many others experiencing the same issue.
As someone who has worked in fast food in the past, I understand it’s not ideal to serve customers right up until closing time, and then leave 30+ minutes afterwards, but that’s just how it works in fast food. You can’t just decide to lock the doors early so that you get to LEAVE at closing time. I would have been fired from my fast food job if I did that, but clearly these employees have no repercussions for this, since it has been an ongoing problem...
Read moreWould be nice when the app says the QR scan is redeemable in this "participating location" store that the scan works. But the scan didn't work and was told in store I could only use coupons when paying online or in app when otherwise I qualified for a coupon that I had open with valid recent date. Sure it's my fault I don't like giving my banking info to my phone but I can't help in feeling a bit dooped into paying more when I provided valid coupon requirements as it appeared to me.
