A&W Canada — Restaurant in Calgary

I am a regular A&W customer as i travel a lot but i would like to tell that Unfortunately the location i have been today (Northhill Mall, Foodcourt, Calgary) was one of the worst customer service i had, it looked like staff was untrained. We spent 36$ which was for a completely trash service, i ordered 2 beyond cheese combos + onion rings on the side. After waiting for 7-8minutes i received fries No salt at all, onion rings without seasoning and when asked for some sauce on the side (which i paid 0,25$ extra) received in an open mini container filled only less then half. After letting the cash counter lady know about the situation she just grabbed my rings, took them in the kitchen and loaded them with extra seasoning and gave me a weird look when i mentioned about the almost empty sauce container. Overall 0 customer service, i’m so disappointed as it was my parent’s first time in canada...

I'm not always in the mood for breakfast in the morning before 9 a.m., but I couldn't resist dropping by this A&W at Sunridge Mall recently. In this Mall early in the morning, there is a sit down restaurant that isn't particularly quick, and a coffee place that is a bit expensive, but that's it, it fits my bill. My breakfast sandwich was tasty, came quickly, and the servers were very pleasant - a nice experience so early in the morning. Also, although there is a parallel company in the U.S., A&W Canada is quite separate, which makes me feel better eating here. Although their ad campaign is very appealing, the food here is so good, you know they're not flogging...

Purchased mozza combo yesterday to go. Got to my job went to eat it no patty barely any fries. So i call to report accidents happen. I was told to come in for replacement combo on the house. I am sitting now next day only for management to say they never spoke to and will not replace. As well as playing an awkward guessing game on pric. Needless to say not once but twice i go hungery from this place. Dont recommends unless u have a stay in dining experience but im done waste of time and effort just to try and get...
