Have you ever gone into a place with low expectations and still leave disappointed? That basically sums up my experience with this location.
Went to the place at 6:30ish, and we were the only customers there, yet it took at least five minutes for my order to be completed, which is saying something given that I ordered a Taco combo wherein the only ingredients for said Taco is beef, lettuce and cheese. The man preparing the food had to be north of 60 years old and was moving so slowly.
I ordered my tacos in a soft tortilla, which was a mistake because the restaurant's expertise in wrapping a taco seems to amount to simply folding it in half and calling it a done deal. The taco literally fell apart as I pulled it out of its wrapping.
I am thoroughly disappointed with my service at this location, and I don't plan on coming back...
Read morejust ordered from here on ubereats. i ordered a bean burrito and yet when i got my order tonight i received a beef burrito. i didn’t notice until i’d already taken a bite and began chewing. as a vegetarian this was really upsetting and disappointing. i’ve been a vegetarian my whole life and i’ve had this happen multiple times at tacotime, but it hasn’t happened since they renamed the bean burrito the “refrito”. this seems like a much more careless mistake to make considering the names of the burritos. i don’t make it a habit to leave bad reviews but i think mistakes like these can be upsetting and it’s always good to pay attention to the food you’re sending out...

It's been like 2 years since the alert system broke and they've had a sign saying they'll "fix it ASAP" and to shout for assistance, but half the time you're sitting there shouting and no one responds and you have to drive up and give your order at the window because no one could hear you through the speaker. How negligent and careless are these owners to not get it fixed for literally YEARS!??? Come on, take some responsibility for your business and stop letting it fall into disrepair. Maybe if your staff could HEAR us they'd stop getting my order wrong constantly. The ownership is the failure here for not repairing...
