Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Calgary

Management is terrible they lied to my face about not being able to transfer money from one Tim Card to another when online it states you can. They are rude at this location and even denied me the ability to buy a children’s menu because my child was physically not with me. Wow! McDonald’s is going to be my choice from now on and everyone I know is boycotting this place because of how I was treated. Tim Hortons needs to evaluate who is running their store front because it seem to me they don’t have your business values in mind and are doing whatever they feel...

They do not serve the normal food that other Tim Horton locations have. It is soely for drinks.

They do not take Tim's reward points either, although you can scan a QR code and review the entire cafeteria at South Health Campus, in which this coffee shop is located.

Dont order delivery from here. Waited on a double order. When i asked manager why order is delayed. Manager deliberately held back order and gave other drivers that came in 15 mins after the order. I asked to speak to manager but refused. When enquiring about orders she did not answer very rude. In the meantime customer is texting me wondering about order. I apologized and put the blame squarly on Tim Hortens...
