Didn't know how to upcharge on a kid's meal like the other ones I had been to, so they did some weird calculation by hand and charged me an extra $1.20 that they put in the debit machine but not the cash register. Manager, if your till and sales didn't reconcile on Wednesday, that's why.
They gave me everything in a to-go bag when we were eating in, so I had to unpack everything and throw away way more than should have been required.
To top it off, I ordered chicken yakisoba and they gave me beef. Decided not to return it so my son wouldn't be waiting for me to eat after he was done.
Not the greatest experience. Been then before and it was fine most of the time, but with a half dozen other restaurants two minutes away I shouldn't have to settle for hit or miss.

Read moreMy husband and I placed an order through skip the dishes for pick up. When we opened the meals at home, we discovered that my meal had noodles instead of rice. We contacted Edo and were told to contact skip. We did that and were told all they would do for us was give us a refund for the rice, which doesn't make the meal right because it was a stir fry dish and the noodles can't very easily be picked out and replaced with rice. We contacted Edo again and were told there was nothing they could do for us even through the mistake was theirs. At the end of the day I ended up eating a meal that I didn't enjoy because neither skip or Edo had good enough customer service to make the situation right for us. The food was really good, but what REALLY impressed me was one young man stickhandling the myriad of call-in orders, food delivery and walkup orders. Regrettably, he gave one order to another customer who left and the remaining was a delivery service. What I love is he accepted the error (and could tell the error affected him personally) apologized to the customer and vendor affected and professionally worked with the kitchen to expedite the food delivery order. His ownership of an error is applauded and SO unique in customer service world nowadays. The team here deliver an impressive product...
