I called FatBurger- Seton location at exactly 930am. I explained to the personnel on the other line that I will be picking up my orders at exactly 10:20am as I cannot be waiting on the line and that is why I am calling ahead of time. I even said would it b e possible to have it ready by 10:20am and he said YES. So I came at the location at 1025am and my food is not yet ready. So I had to wait for another 5mins. I decided to come 5 mins later cause I know they are always behind. but The manager which is Amin, just told me my order got late because "they had lots of orders and got busy cause there were a lot of customers"
"where's the sense of calling 45 mins earlier FOR PICK UP"??
I just shake my head in disbelief. This is my 3rd incident at this location. Last time they forgot my soda, and I called them back and let them know and it's like nothing happened. 2nd error they gave me the wrong order and today, I had to stand there for another 5 mins.
Please remember when your clients call ahead of time, that means we don't have a spare time to wait. That's the reason why I called earlier and dont give me the reason just because "you have lots of orders and customers" that's why mine got late. This is the only location that I get errors or missing in my orders or late with no sympathetic explanation. As if It's my fault why my food got delayed. Please train your managers how to treat customers...
Read moreI really used to like coming here for a good burger fix, but unfortunately, my most recent experience has caused me to think otherwise. I was here a couple of days ago, and went inside for take out. With all the Corona precautions, it may be understandable that the staff may be a bit fed up, but that does not mean it is appropriate to treat your customers poorly. I was met at the counter by what I can only describe to be a rather depressed individual. She was extremely monotone and had no enthusiasm whatsoever, which is odd for this place. It honestly seemed like she just wanted to be out of there, and didn't even want to take my order! Further, I had some stamps to be redeemed on a couple of cards. I was going to hand them to her, but she rudely point to the counter and told me to put them down. I could understand this is perhaps due to the current health requirements, but she then proceeded to touch them anyway! I'm not sure if she just hates me, or all of the customers that come in, but what I do know for sure is that this lady needs a new job, one that isn't in customer service. Read moreWorse insulting service ever on my FIRST visit to this place. Ordered my food, forgot to order an extra drink, went back and ordered a small drink, gave the cashier $10 bill and he gives me change for a $5. I'm standing there waiting for my change and he said no you gave me a $5 not a $10. Cashier rolled his eyes and gave me $5 back but a couple of minutes later, comes to my table and sticks a phone with a camera in my face saying your bill was blue not purple (I know how much money I have in my purse!). I looked at him and said NO, I gave you a $10 and he stood there embarrassing me infront of everyone who were by this point starring at this guy and me as to what we were doing (also insulting me infront of my kids and hubby). I gave the $5 back to shut him up and asked for the manager's name and number. How insulting! I'm not going back there and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone as the customer service was terrible. I've never been...
