Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Calgary

Last Sunday I was served a BLT on a cheese bagel with a MOTH in it. I didn’t realize until I got home because I was taking the sandwich apart to remove the globs of mayo they always put on it. Good thing I looked inside, otherwise I would have eaten a huge moth. How could the staff have missed that while making the BLT? Immediately my bf and I got back into the vehicle and drove back with the sandwich to show them. We had already eaten our hash browns but on the way back to our vehicle my bf threw out his bagel he had only eaten one bite out of - because he was disgusted after seeing mine. When we show the staff the moth bagel she called for her manager. Her manager’s reaction was to say “that is highly impossible” and snatch the bagel sandwich out of my hands. I didn’t take very nicely to this comment and asked for a full refund of our order - as neither of us would be eating our bagels and wanted to go for breakfast elsewhere. The manager(he said his name was Michael but I don’t believe him) was SO RUDE/dismissive and kept repeating “I’ll only refund the order if you bring it all back” he interrupted me several times to say this and didn’t listen to my concerns at all OR apologize. I explained that I am a pregnant woman and didn’t want to drive all the way back home to retrieve a bagel out of the city garbage bin to get a refund. We got into a verbal argument for 18 minutes (recorded on my phone) only to be refunded for our bagels after having to fight with the store manager after we got a BUG in our food...Terrible customer service here and clearly the staff don’t even look at your food while preparing it? I called customer service about it and it’s been over a week with no resolution/follow up so I have no choice but to warn people here. I will never go back here and want people to know how terrible the experience at this...

Everytime I go here I see the older lady and she always treats me like trash, first time I asked how much a large black coffee was and she snapped back and said "I don't know literally 3 dollars or something!", and I was like okay whatever but last time I went I was with a friend and we were ordering drinks and donuts and we were in the line thinking about our order, and she yelled, "hello?!" And we were like okay? But my friend ordered and asked if they had any Boston creme donuts, and she said "it's all right there, look!" Very aggressively, then he said he wanted one and she yelled at him to say please and he said sorry please. Then It was my turn but I needed another second to think and she was staring me down very intensively so I felt really rushed to place my order getting it wrong not ordering what I wanted. And I said I would pay cash and she walked away and came back a minute later and said it declined, then I said I would pay cash and she grabbed it and put it in, then we grabbed our stuff and sat down and another guy ordered and she apparently didn't like how he ordered his food so she didn't actually place the order making him stay stand there for over 10 minutes till he asked why it was taking so long so he asked her and she said she could not say anything, to which he got mad and asked the lady in the back to get him his Chilli and she did in 2 seconds and he was mad and said the service was terrible, and the lady behind him said to the server what was his problem and the server asked for her number to use her as a reverence to not get in trouble or fired, overall terrible experience and she needs to be fired, literally all the bad reviews are...

The chicken was rubbery. As usual they pasted the icing to the top of the bag - just why? Failed at giving me sugar packets, but did give me cream for iced coffee, which is why I have given them a 3.

I hate overly sweetened ice coffee that's full of cream so only need 1 tiny creamer.

Additionally information as requested This occurred on Tuesday April 29 approx 1245. I used the drive thru. It was a crispy cilantro wrap as my 1st choice the steak wrap was not available. I fed the birds my wrap as it was inedible. As someone who hates sweet drinks, I always ask for my sugar and cream on side because you guys switched to that nauseating liquid sugar, which is too much. By using the packets myself I control how sweet my drinks are, same with the creamer. I use less than a creamer in a large ice coffee. Here is a breakdown on sugar you guys use in a typical double double (NO THANKS!)
