The first time I ordered from here through skip, the food was really good. I ordered the beef crying tiger, Tom kha soup with shrimp and iced coffee. Nice flavours. Wish soup had some noodles or came with a side of rice for more substance. Craved the taste again so second time around, ordered it again and it’s sooo dry and the jasmine rice is crunchy-not fully cooked and the beef is as dry as beef jerky and chewy. (See picture). Also got the Tukky Sticks and it was meh. Was excited for a new Thai place but think I’ll stick to Thai Express for a quick takeout option. Seems like the cook over there knows how to fully cook the rice and not overcook the beef. Beautiful lotus boxes. For almost $15 a dish this really missed the mark by a lot. Very disappointed.

I visited Tuk Tuk today and ordered the Pad Thai. It was extremely dry — I couldn’t eat it and ended up throwing it away. The staff was not friendly at all. They didn’t offer any suggestions, and there were no pictures on the menu. When I asked about dessert, the staff member just read off the menu board. I asked if there were any pictures, and she coldly said no, with an attitude like “just pick something and go.” I won’t be coming back and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know.

We went for the first and wanted to try this for a change, we always go to Thai express. The food were presented differently and it was greeting in the way when I eat but we adjusted, but enjoyed our food, my fried rice was tasty and not salty, my wife’s red curry was creamy and taste great, the Tom yam also tasted good, the sourness is very balanced so this is another place we will consider coming back again.

I came here the other day to try out some Thai food and all I can say is wow. The staff were extremely friendly and helped me choose a dish when I was having some trouble deciding since it all looked so good! I ended up getting the devil’s chicken lotus box which they made extra spicy for me after I told them I like spicy food - it was the perfect dish for me, and will probably be my go-to from now on. The Thai iced coffee was also the perfect refresher, absolutely delicious. So thankful for all those in the service industry who still manage to show amazing customer service during these stressful...

Came here two weeks ago. Wife ordered the red curry. For some reason the lady at the counter kept asking if it’s “green curry”. We had to repeat to her three times that it was the “red” not “green”.

Had a feeling she was still going to get it wrong. Long and behold when the food showed up it was the green curry, not red. I went to tell her we ordered the red curry, for the 4th time.

She then goes “it’s the same thing” and refused to correct the order. We paid her over $7 of tips for this at the counter when we ordered. I guess tip and no tip to these guys must also be “the same...
