Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cambridge

Called to verify that they were able to deliver since we live a bit out in the country, we were given the thumbs up and placed our order of 1 pep and 1 chicken bacon alfredo, some wings & a dessert. It arrived quickly and exactly on time, i tipped the driver and he was ecstatic and left with a big smile. Once i went inside i realized i was missing the desserts and called back, I was told that she was having a hard time getting thru to the driver due to bad reception (which happens all of the time out here) and said if she gets ahold of him and he has it, he'll turn around, if not she'll offer us something on the next order.

Less than 2 minutes later the driver comes back and runs out, sincerely apologized and said he was just excited and normally double checks all of his deliveries. Gives me a hand shake and says sorry again and heads off.

10/10 customer service and the food was delicious! Chicken bacon alfredo pizza was killer...

I asked about the 50% deal and was told that that was what I would be charged. So I ordered a large double cheese, pepperoni, hot peppers pizza on a thin crust. When I took it home I realized after eating a slice that it did not have the double cheese. I examined the rest and all the slices were the same. Not only that, they had also skimped on the hot peppers and pepperoni. They were both in short supply. The pie was a large one…that was the only thing that was acceptable. I feel cheated. If they are going to discount by 50% I would still expect the pizza to be loaded as they would normally load it and add other ingredients as requested without lessening the amount. I shall never go to Domino’s again. There are a lot of honourable pizza...

I accidentally selected "lightly done" while placing my order, and the pizza turned out undercooked. I reached out to the store, and both the delivery person (Gurpreet) and the store manager (Arman) were very calm and understanding. They kindly explained that the issue happened because of my selection — which I really appreciated.

What impressed me the most was that Arman, the store manager, personally followed up with a call and offered to replace the pizza with a well-done one. This level of customer service is rare, and I truly appreciate their helpful and polite response. Kudos to the team at this Domino’s location for going...
