Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cambridge

Great pizza! Excellent people! Exceptional cleanliness! The dough is soft and lovely. I love that they have yellow, sweet (Spanish possibly) onions! Some pizza places only offer red onions. When I put in an order, the pizza is ready for pickup in 10-15 minutes. You can watch your pizza being made here because of the design of the place!

Tip: Make sure you are ready to pick up your pizza on time. The pizzas aren't as good if they sit in the warmers for more than a couple of minutes.

Derek, the manager here, is a wonderful person! He is always giving back to the community in so many ways. He holds fundraisers for schools, and he is amazingly easy and flexible to work with on these. He also donates free pizza coupons to the Idea Exchange's reading program for kids. He has a fundraiser right now if you donate a toy for a child (that is worth a minimum of $10), then he will give you a free, large 3 topping pizza. He even held a fundraiser in the summer for a family with a child that had cancer. He is a great person! Simran is truly the sweetest angel! I came in on my birthday and not only did I get the free pizza, but she went above and beyond in a way that felt so genuine. Most places will just say “happy birthday” and hand over the item, but Simran actually asked about my birthday and made me feel celebrated. You can usually tell when night shift workers are tired or miserable, but she was the complete opposite; so upbeat, caring, and kind, even at 11pm.

When my order was ready, she had even prepared a birthday card with my name on it, signed by her. That small, thoughtful gesture meant so much and shows how the little touches really make a huge difference. I had ordered a large Chicken Bacon Alfredo Feast Pizza from this store on 2-AUG-2021. The Pizza was supposed to have two cheese varieties Cheddar & Provolone with Alfredo Sauce. However, the Pizza that was given to me had no signs of any cheese. It was simply bone dry. Cheese is expensive in Canada, so being skimpy on Cheese means more profit for the store. Same applies for Chicken toppings as well. When I asked for some plates, I was told they don't have plates, instead gave me some square cut out cardboard pieces to use as plates. Really Dominos! Although Dominos online app and system showed Pizza is ready for pickup, when I went to the store, found Pizza still in oven and was told I have to wait another 5-10 minutes.
