Starbucks — Restaurant in Cambridge

Went to this Starbucks during my grocery visit to Zehr’s. They made our “cold brew” with black coffee, not cold brew. They didn’t make the frappuccino correctly, per usual standards at other Starbucks. And worse, they gladly took my gift card funds but told me it would not connect to my app to give me my stars. This was told to me AFTER I went to pay the rest using my debit card which is connected to my app. I lost out on 40+ stars that I’ve been saving up.
