Gino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cambridge

What happened to this place? This used to be a fabulous pizza shop. Now it's filthy dirty inside, the pizza slices look like they've been sitting there for a week (all dried up) and the store is in desperate need of repair. I used to buy pizza here at least once a week and have now just recently tried again after moving back to the area. Just horrible. The place has gone downhill and I likely will never go back. This always happens when new owners take over. Will likely close down in time as there are so many pizza shops that are much cleaner and far more presentable. If the front of the shop looks like this, can't imagine what the rest is like. Perhaps a visit from the Health Department...

We love Gino’s pizza and the flavors but staff is incompetent at taking orders, and rude when confronted to make it right, they make up things on the spot, speak in their own language in front of the customer which is rude when discussing the issue with order among themselves.

This is Canada, we have a standard of care and customer satisfaction, if you are not passionate about delivering exceptional experience please go work another job where you are not customer facing.

Terrible of management to not put emphasis on customer care, experience and satisfaction, these pizza’s aren’t going to sell themselves if this is how you going to proceed into the future.

My girlfriend Just called and asked about pick up special and they gave her the options so We ordered a X-Large pepperoni pizza for pick up and she tells me it will be ready in 20 minutes, I show up 20 minutes later and I tell them I’m picking up my pizza and they looked at me confused, as they didn’t have any pizzas and no one called in to order anything and when I brought up that the woman who was working was who we talked to on the phone, she again just looked at me confused and told me they didn’t have any pizzas ready, Gino’s is cheap pizza with cheap service, go anywhere else for cardboard with...
