‼️BE AWARE‼️ This place ADDS TIPS for themselves without telling you !!!!

My mom called ahead to pick up a party pizza and she went in, paid, got the pizza then after she went home she looked at the receipt and seen they added a $10 tip !? She called and was so mad. They tried to make up excuses by saying it was the machine but anyone who’s worked at a fast food place knows you have to add it in yourself. This place is absolutely ridiculous, taking advantage of people. PS, the one in Kitchener does not do this!

Response to owner: It was this location, it didn’t happen recently as my mom just told me what happened today, because I recommended getting Gino’s pizza...

Customer service is garbage here. They do not take ownership of anything unless it's your money. Avoid at all costs. Go to City Pizza up the street.

Owner decided to not take ownership either with this reply with some questionable grammar as well : "Response from the owner Thank you for your fake review. please visit store in real and see how we take care of our valued customers.
