PIZZA 'n' PUB 24 — Restaurant in Cambridge

I stayed at the Super 8 and found the food at Pub 'n'Pub 24 and I found their food and personal service delightful, hospitality so refreshing these days of uber and skip. Even after leaving the above mentioned hotel their Food and Customer Service resonated with me. After a very taxing day which finished at 1:30am I was astonished too know that I could call "Old School" and there scrumptious food would be delivered with such a caring driver. That's the people I WANT to tip and gratuitously and have THERE Company flourish and have a chain of franchise's all over Ontario and beyond! Hopefully one in Scarborough Ont. Their spin on Veggie Supreme Poutine, Indian Style Pizza, Hespeler Burgers just spectacular, like they used to say everything they make is like a PARTY IN YOUR MOUTH. It's worth the drive to Acton? No no people its worth the drive or delivery too PIZZA "N" PUB Ha Ha. I could review for hours but I realize I'm to long winded and have too eat. Ordered a pizza and received it way overcooked. It was near their closing time, so I called and explained that I understood they're closing, but the pizza is really bad, so can I have a replacement another time or a coupon. They said they'd usually give me a free pizza right then, but they're closing, and they'd call me back in 5 minutes. They never called back. I'm not sure if there was a misunderstanding and they thought I wanted another pizza right then, but I didn't. Regardless, they should have called back as they said they would instead of leaving someone waiting for them. Incredibly inconsiderate—and terrible pizza. It sucks to be ripped off for a burned pizza, but having the staff lie to you is worse. Support...

Very bad customer service,

The guy with cap was working today is rude and have no manners how to talk with customers.

Hire people who have some manners and know how to talk with people politely.

Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

(After your reply, it seems you and your employees have stinking attitude. Keep you stinking attitude in your pocket! It doesn't matter if i am a delivery driver, your people must be polite with people. Also, i know my job very well, dont tell me what to do.

Have people who have manner how to talk with people including you as well.
