Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Cambridge

I have been here several times...its Pizza Pizza! but I wont go here anymore, they have had too many chances to get it right....

One time a friend and I sat in front of the counter for nearly an hour talking (both of us are in our 40's) waiting for our pizza, we watched as other pizza's came and went and watched a box sit on top of the oven after a while we got up and asked for our pizza they checked it and it was ours it was there for almost 30 mins. We were sitting right there they could have told us. The staff was goofing around in the back the entire time.

Another time I asked for a half cheese/ half pepperoni, it came out full pepperoni. They pulled off the pepperoni and put a very small amount of cheese on it and sent it back through the oven but the cheese didnt melt they boxed it and gave it to me. I was in a rush to bring the pizza to my grandmother who had asked for pizza, she was recovering from a massive heartattack and that was what I brought to her, so dissappointing.

I can go on and explain a couple more times.....

This franchise owner should not be allowed to run a Pizza Pizza like this, I'm sure the franchise rules should says something about consistancy and customer service. I now go to a pizza place in the next plaza. Its too bad because I grew up on their pizza but I won't give them my money anymore. There are plenty of other pizza places that respect their product and their customers. Shame on Pizza Pizza for...

Pathetic service, the quality of pizza was just a disaster, it was soggy, and watery, i don’t know who makes a pizza like that. We had to rebake it at our home after getting it from the store. We called the customer service and they said we will send you another set of Pizzas. The pizza came after 40 minutes. The guy who came to deliver pizza asked us get the pizza out of trash that we had trashed what was left over. I checked the pizza that was delivered and it was the same condition the pizza was soft, not properly baked the dough was loose and when confronted, the guy who got the pizza said that is because of the toppings. ROFL the toppings were raw, the dough was not baked, the toppings had the whole pizza made wet and watery. And this guy was ill-mannered, shrewed as if he is doing a favor, i returned him both the boxes, and the thankless, mannerless, guy just picked the boxes tried to lecture me on how a pizza is made and left smiling.

Please its a humble request to the franchise to kindly intervene and figure out what is happening at this store. Improve the quality or shut it down. The staff in store may be good but they don’t know how to make a thin crust pizza with some Toppings on it. Their side of argument was that it was watery because of toppings lol

I made an order for a pizza and sides for $50. It was delivered unsealed and damaged. I also had to tell the delivery man to back away from my door so I could grab it. I called and asked for a sealed box and your customer service was great and placed another order.

I threw out the food because I was not going to eat it and I was never told to return. Trust me I don't need to lie to get pizza. I’m still working as I’m an essential worker. I have my wife and 4 year old daughter who now have to wait for food.

The new driver came to my house yelled at me. Demanded the old food which I told him was discarded because I did not trust it wasn’t tampered with. He yelled at me in front of my 4 year old kid and took the food away. My child started to cry because the driver yelled at me and took her food away. She was already upset that I threw out the original food.

This is so unacceptable especially at a time like this. I have been so nervous about ordering out that I haven’t for over a month and you guys are the first one I chose. Way to lose business from a long...
