KFC — Restaurant in Cambridge

This is the first time at this particular location and I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered a 3 peice meal and was told I'd have to wait between 10 to 15 minutes for the food. I was OK with this and so this did not impact this rating. That said there were 4 customers before me who were all complaining about excessive wait times. On gentleman got so frustrated that he asked for a refund... which he was given with no hassel save for the time wasted waiting for food for which he left empty handed.

My order came up before the 10min mark and I was happy to find 2 large breasts in my box. The breading looked darker than usual but that's not what put me off. It was how greasy the food was. I know its fried chicken and one must expect it to be greasy but this was much much worse. Its like the chicken was dipped in cold oil then served. It was hot... but disgustingly greasy. I returned it and was offered a fresh order. The second batch came with little delay and had the golden brown KFC look I am accustomed to... but it was still greasy as hell. This location is absolutely ridiculous. Every time we place an order to our building may be myself or my friend or even my neighbor. We wait about 45 minutes and then all of a sudden our order will say on the application that it is out for delivery as expected we get our tip ready, only for it to say delivered and to arrive nobody to be there. This has happened numerous times it requires us to call the store. We get the same. Excuse every single one of us who have ordered and went through the same situation oh, I’m sorry, sir ma’am our delivery driver didn’t listen to our instructions, not once has been compensation never is there any care they just continue to offer absolutely poop service here’s the kicker still and I’ve already charged your account for money and your food arrives cold ready for the garbage. Needless to say this is now a place everybody should be aware of and, avoid unless they like to waste money.

My experience was so good!!! The staff is amazing, the chicken is soon juicy and delicious And I was actually really shocked when I saw all these bad reviews Like guys calm down, it is one of the busiest locations and I was noticing that the customers or the Uber drivers were being rude and saying bad stuff about the staff in different languages How is that the staff's fault? They are apologetic and try to do their best The main thing when the front desk lady was taking my order the Uber driver kept interrupting her and flashing his phone at her and saying "Uber order Uber order" she said "I'll be with you in a minute I am with a customer right now" but he didn't listen. The employees are also human how do you expect them to always stay nice and polite when you yourself are treating them like trash.
