Tito’s Pizza and Wings — Restaurant in Cambridge

I went to the website to place a delivery order. I typed in my address and it populated the CLOSEST LOCATION for delivery, which is this Cambridge location. After placing a LARGE order, I recieve a phone call from the location asking if I can come pick it up. I stated no, I placed an order for delivery. The man on the phone proceeded to tell me that they could not deliver to me because I was too far away and I was "out of their jurisdiction". He said I should have ordered from the location in my city (Kitchener). I stated that a) the cambridge location is actually closer to me as I am on the boarder, and b) the website does not allow me to change locations as it populated the location that is closest for delivery!! I then said that if it was an issue, to cancel the order. He man said he could not cancel since I had already paid. (Which lead me to question what the point of the phone call was anyway!!!) He then asked for directions, and when I suggested he use Google maps or a GPS. He stated he did not have access to those. (Really!?!) I then started to provide the quickest route to take when he interrupted me and told me "oh I won't be going THAT way"!! To summarize, this location is incredibly difficult to deal with. I felt like my 13 year old could offer better customer service. To be honest, I prefer the kitchener location as they have always been friendly and have fabulous customer service. I would have absolutely ordered from that location, except that the website will not allow me to change it since it is not recognized as the closest. Head office needs to adjust this on their website if this is an issue for the franchise locations. I will not be giving business to this location in the future, or using the...

Just ordered pizza for my daughter and her friends from titos. I'm a single father and don't have a lot of money to be tipping. I paid for the pizza and said Thanks... 5 minutes later I get a call and a phone message from the delivery driver rudely and sarcastically "thanking" me for the tip....

I am floored by how rude and disrespectful this was... We will never order from titos in hespeler again... I will take my money elsewhere....

Has anyone else received a rude message from this delivery guy?

I called titos to tell them I don't appreciate that and he said they were busy and didn't address my issue.... Unbelievable!!!!

The company has contacted us with an apology and said that the driver who harassed us was fired. In addition, they offered us a free order which we are taking them up on but donating the meal to our neighbors who have a big family and are low on funds this year. So, everyone wins. We are happy with the reply from Titos and consider this issue...

After a previous pizza order where there was a very negative discussion with the delivery man about the tip, the next time we placed an order we had ordered 2 pizza's and 3 drinks. I was estimated about 30 minutes until it would arrive. One hour has now passed and we called and asked if our was on it's way, they then said that they did not know where the pizza was but the delivery guy left 30 minutes ago. However it was a busy night. Then another hour had passed and we called again, then they said that it was on it's way and they didn't know where it was. Eventually it arrived and it was the same delivery guy, same bad attitude as last time. He then apologized sarcastically. I didn't tip. After dealing with him we went to go eat the pizza, and the pizza was cold and we were missing one of our pops. once again we called and told them that they forgot a pop, they then said that we could come and pick up a free pop the next day.
