Update: This place keeps getting better and better!! I recently took my 3 young girls on a daughter-daughter-daddy-daughter date to Bishops Brew and holy cow this place continues to impress me. Not only did my girls polish (literally lick) off their plates, which speaks to the quality of their food, but the staff were simply outstanding, making a point of treating my girls like little ladies, which gave them a thrill. Add to all of this the fact that they recently received their patio license (koodos to the guys installing the tables who kindly answered my girls' questions), and Bishops Brew keeps going up and up in my books. I said it before and I'll say it again: you need to check this place out. It is EXACTLY what a coffee shop should be. Original review: I have never felt so torn when writing a review. On one hand, Bishops Brew is outstanding. On the other hand, if I describe just how lovely of a place this is (i.e. how delicious their food and coffee are; how kind, professional, and friendly their staff are; and light and airy the atmosphere is), it'll get busy (which is obviously a good thing)! Seriously though, an excellent place. 👌 I'm quickly becoming a regular and you should too!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stopped by The Bishop’s Brew in Cambridge for the first time today and had a fantastic experience. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home, even on my first visit. The coffee was excellent—rich, smooth, and clearly crafted with care. The environment is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing, catching up with friends, or even working quietly. It’s the kind of local spot you want to tell everyone about. I think even more people in Cambridge would discover and love The Bishop’s Brew with a little online presence to showcase their amazing vibe and quality. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area!

Stopped by with the intention of just grabbing a coffee but the space was so inviting that we decided to grab some food and sit down to enjoy. Large layout inside with various seating options throughout. We opted to sit at the bar height table by the big windows. They have a large patio that will surely be busy when the warm weather hits. Will definitely be a repeat customer to try out more from their menu. I had a carrot cake - flavour was great. It has raisins and I believe walnuts in it. I personally don’t like either in my carrot cake but that didn’t stop me from finishing it. My iced americano was also fantastic.

If you're looking for a great cafe in town, look no further than Bishops Brew Cafe. This cozy spot has a fantastic vibe that's perfect for working, catching up with friends, or just enjoying a cup of coffee.

One thing I did notice, however, was that the wifi password wasn't displayed in the end of the cafe I was sitting at. While it's not a big issue, it can be a bit frustrating to have to ask for the password every time you visit. I would kindly suggest putting the password on a sign or on the wall so customers can easily access it.

That said, the overall atmosphere of the cafe is excellent. The decor is stylish and comfortable, the music is great, and the coffee is top-notch. The staff are friendly and attentive, making for a truly welcoming experience.

Whether you're a coffee lover or just looking for a place to relax and hang out, Bishops Brew Cafe is definitely worth a visit. Old or young, I highly...

Stopped in for a light lunch, first time there. The decor is nice and service was ok, but I got a grilled cheese and was sad when it came that it was made with kraft singles. A $6 grilled cheese should not be made with such bad (plastic) cheese. I also got a Pina Colada lemonade which only faintly tasted like Pina colada and not at all like lemonade. Also got a Nanaimo bar which was pretty stale. While we were in the dining room the employees stayed behind the counter talking and we could hear every word of their conversation including the profanity. Overall not a great experience. Maybe they have great coffee and it would have been different if there were more people in the Cafe but I am unlikely to return to try...
