Update: This place keeps getting better and better!! I recently took my 3 young girls on a daughter-daughter-daddy-daughter date to Bishops Brew and holy cow this place continues to impress me. Not only did my girls polish (literally lick) off their plates, which speaks to the quality of their food, but the staff were simply outstanding, making a point of treating my girls like little ladies, which gave them a thrill. Add to all of this the fact that they recently received their patio license (koodos to the guys installing the tables who kindly answered my girls' questions), and Bishops Brew keeps going up and up in my books. I said it before and I'll say it again: you need to check this place out. It is EXACTLY what a coffee shop should be. Original review: I have never felt so torn when writing a review. On one hand, Bishops Brew is outstanding. On the other hand, if I describe just how lovely of a place this is (i.e. how delicious their food and coffee are; how kind, professional, and friendly their staff are; and light and airy the atmosphere is), it'll get busy (which is obviously a good thing)! Seriously though, an excellent place. 👌 I'm quickly becoming a regular and you should too!

Stopped by with the intention of just grabbing a coffee but the space was so inviting that we decided to grab some food and sit down to enjoy. Large layout inside with various seating options throughout. We opted to sit at the bar height table by the big windows. They have a large patio that will surely be busy when the warm weather hits. Will definitely be a repeat customer to try out more from their menu. I had a carrot cake - flavour was great. It has raisins and I believe walnuts in it. I personally don’t like either in my carrot cake but that didn’t stop me from finishing it. My iced americano was also fantastic.

I have been going to this spot since it has opened and it is a truly magnificent time. From the drink selection, specials, food and shop it has everything and more a coffee shop can offer. The staff are always lovely, enjoy their time and the environment feels safe and great. There are options to eat inside and outside, as well they play their music at a decent level. It’s hard for me not to shop more when I am in there as they have a variety of local handmade goods, teas and other bagged coffee to buy. It is a highlight of the Hespeler Downtown community and I would highly recommend checking it out if you have not!

Just a quick walk from the house to this wonderful new cafe shop. Staff is wonderful and lots on the menu to make anyone happy. Tons and I mean tons of seating also to relax and enjoy your drink inside or outside. Place was buzzing when I got there. Lots of smiles. My new happy place that’s for sure. Update. Your muffins are heaven. My goodness the summer berry muffin was a fantastic treat. Can’t wait to return.

I come a couple times a week to this lovely cafe, every time I go I’m greeted by a very welcoming staff. They have a very wide selection of drinks for everyone’s taste buds, hot or cold. The baked goods are always sweet and delicious. Definitely worth driving the extra little bit in the morning to come here.

Cute place. Lots of natural light and places to sit inside and outside. However it took a long time to get through the line. Making good hot drinks takes time! So if you're in a rush, go somewhere else and come back when you want to sit with a drink and relax.
