Victoria Park (Hespeler) — Attraction in Cambridge

This Victoria Park Hespeler play ground structure was completely updated at the end of 2017 as part of Canada150. With rubberized ground, accessible play stucture ramps along with an accessible swing set it is a truly safe and modern play area. This large park offers lots of shady seating for parents along with picnic tables, public restrooms, 4 baseball diamonds (canteen open most game days) and the original splash pad. Even in winter this park shines with an outdoor ice rink in the main diamond near Fisher Mills parking lot which is well cared for by local volunteers. We really hope in future the playground will expand to accommodate older kids as well. The original structure had large/higher slides, fire poles, towers etc.. A nice quiet park. Has a decent sized playground for kids with the rubber(?) ground so it's a bit less abrasive if they fall. Plus it has washrooms and a splash pad which is a nice bonus. Glad to have another nice place to visit...
