If I could leave two 5-star reviews I would! We were trying to find a restaurant that could seat 12 people (3x4 people families with 6 children under 10) and got the coldest shoulder from one of the big Italian chains (badbahboom bahbadbing) but I found Four Fathers Brewing on the map. From the phone call to confirm that there was space for our group through to the end of our meal - I feel like I pulled a huge win for our group by finding this gem. Things- We were a group with children. So my review heavily weighs on family friendly service, menu and atmosphere. If you're looking for a quiet date spot - still great. But sorry about my children 🫣 Our server took the order for children first (without being asked) like an old pro. The children's menu on Sunday is $5 for kids under 12. F*$@#ing incredible. *And the food was actually good* Our children were welcome to be out of their seats and playing at the ping pong table so we could converse like childless people. Thank you so much for this. The food for adults was excellent. The side salad isn't sad - it's just a small version of their really good chevre and pecan salad with a nice vinaigrette. The burger was excellent, the chicken sandwich was excellent. My dining partner had a flight of beer and is regailing me with all of the highlights. I chose a simple lime lager and was delighted that a 12oz pour was an easy standard. Overall, I have so many good things to say. Will I come back? Yes, anytime we are nearby this will be a staple. Thank you for having a wonderful space and a professional, friendly staff, clean washrooms and just an all around good hospitality experience. What a relief we didn't end up at the other place. 🍝

I have been here several times. A lot of thought has been put into every ingredient in their food. Tasty! Food: Love the El Pollo Loco (spicy chicken sandwich, but not too spicy) with goat cheese! The sauce for the sandwich isn't too spicy. The server said their Nashville chicken sandwich is spicier than the El Pollo Loco. Their kettle chips and lemonade are quite nice (and I am not a huge chip fan). The kettle chips aren't greasy! The Toasted Pecan and Chevre Salad is lovely - sour dressing paired nicely with the salad. Children's meals: My daughter has enjoyed the children's burger - quite large. My friend said that she preferred the child's size burger for herself. My friend's kids' cheese pizzas were enormous. Four Father's doesn't have any pizza toppings. Side Patio: They have around 5-7 distanced tables on their side patio. They have more on their front patio, but I am not sure when they use it. Methods of Eating: They offer takeout, dine-in, and outdoor dining. Prices: For 2 El Pollo Loco dinners, 2 lemonades, and one small salad before taxes, it costs $50. A children's meal before tax is $8-10 + a drink. Washrooms: They have a change table in their family/wheelchair washroom. They have other individual washrooms as well. Outdoor games: A local school used this for a Grade 7 field trip. See my pics for the games. See my pics for the food, indoor dining, the menu, etc.

I was excited to visit the brewery for dinner with the kids after coming from the butterfly conservatory. The place is buzzing and busy, especially when there are weddings going on (which are nice to see!). We got seated rather quickly and got our first round a few minutes later. However, it took another 15-20 minutes for our order to be taken (we were almost missed until I asked a server to take down our order as they were talking by). The music is loud and mostly country; it fits with the brewery. My review isn't higher because it took 1 hour and 5 minutes to get our food after our order was placed, but they only told us right before it was coming out that there was a mishap in the kitchen. I would've believed it had it not been for the tables around us to have received their orders far before we did, and they arrived far later than we did. So my assumption is that our order was lost or forgotten and nobody stopped by to check in. Once we received the food, the burgers were fine but the children's nacho plate isn't great (they didn't warm up the cheese on the side, and it was just shredded cheese from a bag), and the children's pizza tasted a bit off. We were hungry, so we ate anyway. They were nice enough to not charge for one of our beers due to the delay. I don't know if I'd go back. Maybe only for drinks.

Wings, Phenomenal. Now I have to go back and try out the rest of the menu. But what I'd really like to point out in this FIVE STAR review is the customer service and interaction I had with these fine folks. I couldn't have been more impressed. Even during a little flash flood from the kitchen that started pooling into the dining area... The staff: and I mean hosts, owners, dish pit crew, bartenders, waiters, brewers, all came out to mop up the potential slip hazard, all the while making sure their guests were still happy and taken care of... Even comped our wings for the hassle WHAAAAT. Best of all, everyone was smiling while doing it! That tells me a few things; that the staff like their jobs and that the owners treat their employees right. That attitude all trickles down to the customers, which makes this place a solid place to enjoy a pint and hang out with friends. I almost volunteered to wash dishes just so I could hang out with these people a little longer! Had the pleasure of meeting and shaking the hand of Mike Hruden (one of the founders), before leaving - solid dude. Much love to Four Fathers from Dave and Mudler Hat Company - you guys freaking rock.

Went to 4 Father's today after some suggestions from friends who live nearby and it was disappointment after disappointment unfortunately. While the brewery itself is beautiful, the rest of our meal was nowhere as great. Our waitress seemed to forget about us, and what we ordered. I had to go up to the bar multiple times to ask for things and if I was supposed to order at the front because no waitress took our order. The prices were shockingly high for the small portions, very thin chicken and beef burgers. I ordered the torte, and both of us found it tasted off and couldn't stomach more than a single bite, but the waitress didn't take it off. $6 for a tiny slice that we didn't even eat a third of. When I paid the $70 bill (for only two people!), the waitress complained about the tip I left to another waitress at the bar, not knowing a friend of mine overheard her and told me. Completely and utterly shocked that this place is completely opposite than what I've been told by friends. ---- UPDATE: Tried emailing lindsay but after a couple emails back and forth, Lindsay suddenly stopped replying. Guess they dont care. Updated review from 2 star to just a 1

Staff were pleasant and satisfactory. Tried the " feature rib sandwich". Should be relabeled as "Grilled Cheese with a few meager strings of meat" and placed on the kiddie menu. I mean really! Toasted plain bread with cheese is what it was. The humus plate was a small amount of humus (tasty), small amount of tzatziki sauce with a large pile of toasted Roti. Hardly enough topping for 1/3 of the roti provided. The stout (not the sour one on the menu) was fine ( not as good as the stout served at the Wooley in Guelph mind you). Finally, the staff could not explain the "micro-grid" charging station on-site. Not how it worked, cost to use etc or in fact anything at all about it !! But which bore the restaurant logo. We also watched how repeatedly non EV vehicles who parked blocking the charging station despite lots of parking steps away prevented anyone who might wish to use it ! I mean really?
