OWNER DOES NOT CARE!!!
I want to start by saying I don't normally complain about fast food. I know what it is! BUT wow, I've never had such a consistently bad experience as dealing with the night shift staff. They are extremely rude and impatient. The manger is just as bad if not worse for being an adult trying to be cool with the teenage staff instead doing their job correctly.
Tonight was the final straw, I go through the drive thew and I order 4 jbc's 2 for me 2 for my wife. I sit in the line for almost 20 mins with only 2 cars ahead of me. I get home and there is only 3 jbcs in the bag. This is not the first time this had happened.
the last time I went I was the only car in the drive threw, they had me pull up and wait almost 25 mins for 4 jbc's. It's honestly impressive how not only can this establishment be so slow, night employees are super RUDE, but still some how manage to mess up my basic orders EVERY TIME.
I hate advocating for firing people, but if I was this stores owner I'd look into the incompetence of my night shift staff and re evaluate what you want from your employees, because right now it seems like a bunch of children that would rather play in your kitchen and talk to each other then serve the customer.

Read moreOn February 1, 2025, around 5:30pm I visited your location and encountered completely unacceptable behaviour from the manager on duty. After placing my order with a very polite employee at the drive-thru speaker, As any customer would expect.
I took a moment to check my order for accuracy before driving away with my food. To my shock, the manager, who identified herself as Marilyn if that is even her name, Began yelling at us while driving away aggressively questioning why we were checking our food. This behaviour was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Ensuring my order is correct should not be met with hostility from management. I immediately returned to the window to address her behaviour, yet instead of offering a reasonable explanation or apology, she continued to be rude. This experience was beyond disappointing and raises serious concerns about Wendy’s management standards and customer service values. I expect a prompt response detailing how this situation will be addressed. No customer should be treated this way, and I trust Wendy’s will take immediate action to ensure this does not happen again.

Read moreThis evening, I want to this location in person. I had a coupon, I tried to order from the kiosk but there was no coupon option so I stood in front of the cashier. A girl was changing the garbage bag so she went near me multiple times, then she went inside the kitchen, on the other part where I was standing, looked me but ignored me. She talked to the coworkers and continue to wonder around in full attitude, even knowing a client is waiting. Another person was working on the side and clearly he was able to see me, he decided to ignore too. A third person came and started talking to this girl in front of me, literally by giving my their back. I could understand their language and they were talking about other not related topics. The customer service is 0, and the way they were giving attitude is not acceptable. The most important part, there was no one, not a single person inside that was waiting or eating so I do not understand their behaviour. It is not respectful, neither acceptable.
