This place is an embarrasement to Wings Up. I've ordered from a number of Wings Up franchises across Ontario and this place is the worst. Everytime I order, it's late, or cold, or made incorrectly. I keep ordering because the wings are good and the flavours are fantastic...but you bought a franchise and the food is the easy part. The manager has no comprehension about management and is just as lost as the others working there.
Tonight, we ordered online for pickup...I have given up getting delivery because the manager thinks 2 hours is acceptable. Showed up a the time I was given for pickup, was actually 5 minutes late. After standing at the counter for 5 minutes, the manager finally asked if I was there for pickup. She took my name and said "I'll go check". 20 minutes later she comes back and says it will be ready shortly. It ended up being 35 minutes beyond the pickup time. Unacceptable. The whole time the phone was ringing off the hook and not one person picked it up.
April 28th...Ordered wings and fries with gravy...Rather than calling me and informing me that you were out of gravy(how do you run out of gravy?) You sent me a bottle of Pepsi in its place. How does one come up with that solution? You have my order history for the last 8 years of ordering from your store...How often have I ordered a Pepsi? If you would have called, I could have changed my order and enjoyed my dinner...But now I'm angry, had bland soggy fries and I'm writing another review...I'd call and complain but you never answer the phone.

Their mac and cheese balls taste like old Kraft dinner that someone dropped in a grease trap and rolled around in salt crystals and bits of ancient petrified fried batter. I ordered lunch one week for 6$, the next week same exact order is 8.50$... I understand the only thing people care about is profit margins, but take some pride in your slop.. I took pictures of two of the smiley sandwiches that made me frown, but I won't bother showing them so no one vomits today. Maybe half was edible, and that includes the soaked varying size bread pieces they come on. The chicken was half dried out gristle and vein pockets, 20% stolen spice blend, and the rest looked like it was dropped in sauce..or maybe the floor. I know the manager, who doesn't even ask for relevant information when you complain to them, will just post "oh we're sorry you had a bad time, give us the exact date and time you were here and we'll investigate" robotic garbage that is tagged on every complaint here, but that's fine. I don't think you can solve your cambridge restaurants problems without getting inspectors, and then you would just be shut down anyway. I am just letting people know that, sure maybe the one time they went they got something decent, and yes they do have some nice paid reviews, but I was conscripted as a regular customer through work, and they are inconsistent and mostly gross. Paid for it online. 8pm rolled around and I called..of course assuming weather may be an issue but just wanted to check it was still on its way. A woman answers the phone say "hello" I had to ask if this was even wings up. She tells me my delivery is stuck somewhere. I said ok do you know how much longer. She than asks if I can pick it up. So now I'm confused as she just said it was on its way but delivery driver was stuck but then 2 seconds later asks if I can pick it up. I tell her no I cannot that is why I ordered for delivery. She then asks if she can call me back. I said no I will hold my order is paid for I've waited over two hours I'll wait on hold. She puts me on hold for about 5 mins. A man comes on the phone says "hello" and then HANGS UP ON ME. I call back..no answer. I call back again no answer. I called back 5 more times and nothing. My boyfriend calls ..they answer and tell him there sending out another driver to pick up my what is now cold food from the other driver to be delivered. Now why is it that nobody could say that to me on the phone? Instead I get hung up on and then nobody would answer the phone again. NOW my delivery driver showes up and comes to my door 2 hours and 40 mins later and claims I owe him the money for the food!!!!!
