Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Campbell River

Friends Stateside were bragging up this pretzel pizza and I had to give it a try. Well, this pizza was DELICIOUS. I called the order in, because I wanted to alter things a bit and the girl on the phone was very polite and patient. Sadly, they did lose our order, making it necessary for two trips to Merecroft to pick it up in our lovely CR traffic, but, I didn't have to do it, so it's no skin off. I sent the crabby husband instead. Once home with the pizza ( he had the pepperoni pizza ) well, he loved it. So, grumpiness aside ... the pizza was really good. I would recommend to anyone. Really bad attitude and customer service, Pepsi was missing from the order, I called the store and was told that orders automatically go to doordash and that I had to call doordash to get the order fixed. I said that they had to call doordash and get it resolved to which the server refused...keep up the attitude ....no more orders from us now...also called head office to which there was no reply or...

The worst run joint I've ever experienced they quite often screw up orders in the evening and never have a manager you can speak too. I really like the pizza at other locations the late two nights I've tried to order pizza around 7pm and couldn't because they would be closed by the time it got delivered how does that make any sence when they close at 11pm they are in serious need of...
