Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Campbell River

Mobile ordered from this place before, and it was always great to just walk in and pick up my order, but this time I went in during lunch break and instead of serving me, they decided to serve six of their customers who were waiting in line, even though I ordered before them. They told me I had to wait, and after they served the six people who were in line, they continued to take two more customers orders that walked in later too. So I sat in their restaurant for over 20 minutes while they served eight people in front of me even though I mobile ordered before all of them. This was quite shocking to me, and I was very angry because of it. Won’t eat...

Will not be returning. If the service is bad, I have no appetite for the food.

The service I got today was so off putting that I walked out without ordering. The staff was rude for no reason. I just asked if she could leave my child's burritos unwrapped like tacos. It's the exact same ingredients, she admitted, but said she isn't allowed to do that. He is a child! Why wouldn't you accommodate such a simple request which required nothing of you except just not wrapping and grilling the tortilla, so actually less work! I would have accepted her answer if she had been friendly instead of rude. Her attitude was...

It was our first time eating in this chain. We were driving through Campbell River and wanted to have a quick stop for a lunch. I was impressed with the cleanliness in the restaurant and , most importantly, how fresh all ingredients were. They have told us that everything is cut every morning , and no prep is used from yesterday. We ordered two bowl burritos. Delicious. Fresh. Ate inside. The customer service was friendly, and we were not rushed to pick what we wanted. Good experience definitely....
