Subway — Restaurant in Campbell River

This store wont take calls over the phone anymore? you can only make orders in person or online. even if online doesn't have what you want. I Wanted something that wasn't online anymore but they can still be made as they have ham turkey and bacon, yet I was declined the service to get what I wanted. I thought at subway you were able to customize your own subs? Apparently now? this has now happened to me twice at this store, where they try to refuse making what I want! Please get better employees. This service...

I had a very disappointing experience at your store. I was told to leave 20 minutes before closing time, simply because an employee wanted to shut down early. I was quietly sitting and waiting while my girlfriend was using the washroom, and there was no disturbance or reason for us to be rushed out. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your customer service standards. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers aren’t treated...

Came in last night for a sub. I have visited many sub ways in Western Canada. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a Subway anywhere. The had chill music playing and the fellow that prepared our sandwiches was such a happy and positive character that we couldn't do anything but smile and enjoy. The Sandwiches were exactly what one would expect from a Subway but the employee is what made this experience so memorable....
