Worst rude owner .bad customer service. Ok i will explain everything. The worst part is it wasnt even busy at the time we were ordering. Its so ironic that they are serving asian food but are not so welcoming to asian customers? This caucasian lady keeps interrupting my order and telling me not to confuse the lady that was doing the order? She can understand english and me as well so we can talk to each other without this lady interrupting our conversation. And we noticed that she is so welcoming to others but not to us? No hi or hello or even thank you when we left. We work at the food service too so we know what is a good customer service and not. Vietnamese cuisine without chopsticks too and plastic bowls for eat in orders? Even no basil and lemon and siracha on the side of our noodles soup orders. We need to tell these things? Please treat everyone right. Not everyone accepts everything. I rarely do a food review but of you dont improve your customer service to everyone this wont be the last worst review you will...

The best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had!! The restaurant itself is always spotless and super cute, and the staff are so kind and helpful- such a welcoming environment!

I also love how considerate they are when it comes to allergies- they’ve made accommodations for my dairy allergy on multiple occasions, which I appreciate so much.

I called right when they opened to place an order for soup and a sub club. They had no meat for the club so I ordered the large soup. Once I brought it home and put it in a larger bowl, I find out that I have 3 times the noodles as I did broth, making a bowl of noodles not a soup. So I took out 3/4 of the noodles to try and save the soup. Only to find out that my noodles were way under cooked...
