Read moreI was here today for lunch and I 've been this place a few times before. However today my experience was terrible and lost appetite because of the so called owner lady. She was very rude since beginning . I wanted to have the deal what it shows on app. She told me it is only available from app. So I set there and order through the app. I didn't want to spend too much time to picking all veggies and that so I basically pick one from site didn't edit any and then sent to order. When the order come to their system I was asking if we can get toasted and lots veggies She just says, no! you get what you ordered on line only. Can't change any! I have been this place so many and didn't have trouble before but OMG this women is something else. When I looked at my order later, the bread should be Italian and without asking, I was there whole time, she changed to white bread. There are much more things that can't describe all. Read moreI very seldom have an experience like this. I went in there just a little after 1:00 p.m. October 29th, 2024, and it was packed. Then there were people starting to arrive behind me it almost seemed like it was lunch hour. LOL. All I can say about the staff is it was amazing service everybody had a job everybody did their job and everybody played it cool with the amount of people that were arriving in the restaurant. That day, it was like a well-oiled machine it was perfect. You're very seldom get that at any other location. Made my experience going there really good.
