Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Carleton Place

They've proven multiple times that they aren't customer focused, and when they screw up like delivering the pizza to the wrong house (happened more than once) they have the audacity to blame you for their mistakes. I've been a long time customer with Domino's but this one just hit my third strike. I get accidents happen but when they treat you like garbage for not just throwing 50 bucks down the drain cause they delivered to the wrong house it just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Not to mention the late night staff aren't willing to lift a finger 30 minutes before closing, why even be open till a certain time if you just refuse orders. I recently visited this Domino’s location and was pleasantly surprised by both the food and service. The storefront was clean and inviting, and the staff was friendly and quick to take my order.

I ordered a medium 4-topping pizza with pepperoni, green peppers, mushrooms, and sausage. The pizza was hot, flavorful, and loaded with toppings. The crust had a great texture—crispy on the outside and soft inside—with a nice sprinkle of parmesan that added extra flavor.

I also tried the chicken bites, which came wrapped in foil and were still hot and crispy. The inside was tender and juicy, and they had a good peppery seasoning that paired well with the crust.

I have had Domino's many times in the past, and since I was visiting my mother and we were both hungry, I ordered some pizza, fries and cheesy bread. We got it delivered to her work, where the driver proceeded to drive away from me twice as I waited, then tried frantically waving and hailing to no avail. A call to the store and 5 more mins later after already waiting 20 mins for delivery when we are a min drive from the store, was not impressed. To then be missing my dips for the bread as I had ordered extra for my mother and myself. They state that a driver will be over shortly and here we are 20 mins more.
