If you feel like having PIGS SLOP for dinner or lunch, order from Milano's in Carleton Place. We ordered the chicken shawarma platter and the chicken was so dry that I almost vomited. You could not even chew the chicken, it was so bloody dry - they also throw a crap load more turnips in the shawarma so you get less chicken (not like thats a bad thing in this case) The garlic was non existent and whatever garlic we did taste, tasted like there was 10 garlic cloves in it (and I love garlic), way to over powering, not done yet. The gravy that comes with the platter was so salty, we figured someone must have tripped and dropped the salt bottle in it. There was also one lettuce leaf in our shawarma - the hell is this??? Oh and, what the guy below me said, THE FRIES are so soggy and dry. Never ordering from this place EVER again. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO KANATA OR STITTSVILLE AND GET...
Read moreIf you want to feel like you’ve had someone dig into your pocket, take all your money and feed you their scraps, then go ahead and place your order. Removed three toppings from items and added ONE on one of those items instead, charged $1.25 for onions on a submarine but $0.75 to add green peppers to a pizza? Two orders of garlic cheese bread, shoved into one container so it’s one giant glob with so much cheese it’s almost inedible, not to mention one solid block. Three pizzas, one missing toppings, one next to no toppings, the other incredibly thick crust with so little sauce you had to search for it to see if it was forgotten. Milano’s garlic sauce they charge you $1.50 for is kraft garlic sauce. Biggest waste of $100 to feed a family on a summer night. Will not order again and will be sure to pass our review on to others to take their...
Read moreGreat pizza joint, but quite expensive. The staff here are friendly, but nothing to truly write home about, if you're gonna order from here make sure to order in advance (it gets extremely busy, especially on peak hours) Their website needs an update (not to the fault of this owner), it insists that you order for a time that is way past when you wanna have pizza.( It orders your pizza for the next hour, instead of being available asap). This location is quite small, and would probably benefit from a second pizza line, but overall the experience wasnt terrible. The whole shop itself resembles what an old pizza joint looks like. The pricing for food here is quite ridiculous, but it is very much worth it if you're bored of the same things from pizza pizza or dominos. But be prepared to pay nearly triple for...
