Was visiting a friend from out of town and told to visit this place for their amazing pretzels. So on my way out of town I stopped by to grab one to take home. That was my mistake as it was near the end of their business day, and the selection was limited as they bake these fresh daily. I was warned about this, so it’s totally my fault. I ended up grabbing a Classic Pretzel and a Banana Pepper Pretzel. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to eat these until a day later, so when I did, I put it in the microwave for a moment. Let me tell you…. I hate peppers, but I absolutely LOVED the Banana Pepper Pretzel!!! Why did I buy that flavor in the first question you ask? There wasn’t the biggest selection and I knew my family would enjoy it. Unfortunately for them I ate 98% of it. 😂 The flavor reminded me of pizza. The Classic Pretzel was tasty and I warmed it as well with a little bit of butter, but I knew it would have been a lot more tasty had I eaten it on the spot when I purchased it fresh.

I highly recommend trying this place, but go earlier in the day before their fresh selections run out. I was dying to try their Apple Fritter, but the person before me purchased the last one. Needless to say, this...

Finally found a bakery that makes Linzer Torte and Bee Sting Cake. I ordered that latter for my sister at Christmas as she loves it so haven’t been into it yet. Talked to the owner on the phone and he was super friendly and he recommended including anything I wanted with the cake order as it disappear ps very quickly before noon. So glad that we ordered one of each of the pretzels and 2 donuts…a blueberry fritter and a Berliner, because when we got there at about 11 pretty much everything was sold out and there were 6 people ahead of us. If the cake is anything like the pretzels and donuts, it too will be amazing! The Farmers Sausage Pretzel Dog and the Blueberry Fritter were our favourites, but we’d recommend anything from this small bakery. Everything is so fresh and so good The people working there are fun and very helpful. Highly recommended….sorry, forgot to take photos as we couldn’t...

An exceptional bakery and leader in the community! Our family looked forward to them opening for a long time and they did not disappoint! All of their pretzels are mouthwateringly delicious and, though, our favourite products by far are their breakfast pretzels and Berliners, they continue to expand and vary their menu over time.

It’s more worth noting that since they’ve opened, I’ve gotten to know Rob and Doris and now hold them in the highest regard. They are always genuinely kind and incredibly generous. They’ve made sizeable donations to the community without hesitation and didn’t want any public acclaim for these. Just first rate people. I wish them all the growth and success...

This review is based only on the Brötchen since that's the only thing I've tried so far. The key, for me anyways, is to pop them in the oven for a bit just before eating them. Get them warmed up and the outside layer just a bit crunchy again. The result is the closest and tastiest thing to a real German Brötchen I've ever enjoyed this side of the Atlantic. Looking forward to trying more baked goods from this place. ed: And they freeze very well too. My wife bought six, freezing the ones I didn't eat right away. Pop 'em in the oven for a bit Sunday morning and they're like 'bakery fresh'

This place has a great baked goods selection and all freshly made. Today, we dropped by to get some sourdough bread and pretzels but they were all out. Got some pecan butter tarts and cheese crowns instead(my personal fave).
