The hubby was coming home super late today so I figured I'd treat myself to Swiss chalet! I ordered through UberEats the half chicken meal in hopes I could eat some now, share it with my 2 toddlers and possibly have some for later.... but to my disappointment I received a 2 leg dinner instead..... the portion was alot less then intended....and we are left still hungry... and on top of receiving the wrong chicken portion, I opened the butter packets to see they were throthy and sour! So I wasn't even able to enjoy my bun with the signature chalet sauce.... I still ate my meal, it was still tasty. I just wish I got what I paid for. First attempt: Pre-order for counter pickup for +$30 of cold improperly made food. Who tf puts relish on a buffalo wrap... It was ranch... Clearly. Best part, I waited 20min for a cold buffalo wrap with fracking relish and everything else ice cold. Was eventually offered a gift card that didn't exist when I asked for at the restaurant. Second attempt: Waiting over 20min past pick-up time of 5:18pm for a "VIP curbside pickup service" that never shows and finally deciding to go in at 5:40pm to be told my order was "just" made so it will be "hot..." only to get home to +$60 of COLD FOOD. Nothing else was ordered and the bill came to 29$ before tax, I said to the cashier how did a 19:99$ meals come to 29$. She looked over her shoulder and said to one of the other ladies working, do you wanna come and explain again to this customer how a 19:99$ meals is now 29$. I told her nothing was explained to me yet. Turns out you have to pay 9:00$ for 2 regular cokes.
Maybe this cashier needs to realize that part of her job is to explain to customers what they are paying for. She didn't need to be so rude, if she doesn't like her job, then find another one and not in the food industry, because your not...
