Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Castlegar

So I was on skype with my friend who lives in Castlegar. She place an order at 8:17pm. It was suppose to arrive at 9:02pm. I decided to call them and the guy on the phone apologized right away. He put me through customer care line where I had wait for 5 min on the line. The customer care line passed me back to him saying they will credit the $21 she spent. It will be on the way in about 15-20 min. After that she finally got it nearly around 9:45pm. The delivery driver said sorry I had to drop off my friend first and I also got lost. If your going to take an hour, at least call her to let her know the pizza is going to be late. When the delivery driver got to the door they made her pay. Why don't you NOT make her pay that time instead of crediting the $21 back to that phone number. Unimpressed. This is the only pizza place near her. This is sad. ordered 2 pizza and 2 sets of wings, was quoted 10 dollars less on phone than when delivered. Living in a rural community, was charged $4.50 for delivery...oh well. Pizza was terrible, it was cut all odd shapes, some HUGE and some tiny for a child, not cut through, and the ULTIMATE ham and pineapple that was suppose to have double cheeze, ham and pineapple, was so scarce was disgusting. hate to think what the regular ham and pineapple would look like. Deluxe Hawaiian - Supposed to have extra pineapple 🍍 - Bare min. - Supposed to have extra ham 🐷 - Bare min. - extra mozzarella cheese - Less than bare min. I could see pizza sauce through my supposedly double everything Hawaiian pizza. I shudder to think what a regular Hawaiian looks like!?
